My experience with Shermaine and the team from Supreme Houzz for my 5-room resale HDB renovation was generally satisfactory. The renovation timeline was mostly adhered to, though there were a few delays here and there, Shermaine and team managed to meet to the dateline that we gave. The quality of workmanship was decent, although there were a few minor flaws that needed attention. In the end, I’m satisfied with the outcome of the renovation. While it may not have been perfect, Shermaine and her team delivered a functional and decent-looking space.

After surveyed a couple of ID films, I still couldn’t make up my mind hence I went thru renogunu and out of the 5 that was shortlisted, HAN from supreme houz was the very first person who called me so I followed my gut feeling because Han was very proactive in arranging an appointment with me. During the phone call, HAN explained clearly what we will be going through for the consultation. As a first time owner, I would say I really put my trust in him because he’s always reachable and keep me update along the process. Despite that there were minor hiccups here and there, he would rectify it immediately. I’m glad I made the right choice because HAN was very attentive and helpful throughout the 2months of my Renovation, even after the handover he would still reply to any issue I faced regarding the Reno. The whole reno was fast and furious. To begin with, we didn’t do a lot for reno. We hack away all the existing cabinets, except the tiles in toilet. We collect the keys on 28 Feb and by 22 Mar, it’s almost completed. We did the vinyl flooring, kitchen cabinets, installation of WC and accessories and painting. Almost everything was arranged back to back as we will be homeless if we don’t chase the ID, Rex. The only hiccup was the bedroom doors which wasn’t their fault. We choose the laminate on Nov last year and the salesperson only told me one week before the installation that laminate out of stock. Other than that, Rex has been very patience with us, follow up closely on the schedule. Recommended another two friends to him. Thank you.

We reviewed more than 4 Interior Designer Firms before deciding to sign up with Supreme Houzz Design. We met with the ID Vincent Wu and felt really comfortable speaking with him. While we have some concept of what we wanted for our new place, Vincent was able to provide good advice on the layout, colours coordination and provide us the visual on the 4D prints. Vincent was also able to work within our budget and was very prompt to reply to us whenever we have queries for him, even late at night. Vincent was able to coordinate well with his contractors on the renovations such that works were completed within our stipulated timeline, despite some last minute add on and changes made by us. Overall, we are very grateful to Vincent for his strong sense of responsibility and eye for details in helping us from start to the completion of our home renovations. I would definitely recommend Supreme Houzz Design on their quality carpentry works and ID Vincent Wu on his commitment to delivering good customer satisfaction on the renovation and design works!!

If you are looking for an ID who listens, delivers and a professional in her area of work, I highly recommend Kimberly from Supreme Houzz. She is patient in her dealings and very approachable in clearing any doubts you have. There were some issues with the final works of my room renovation. Kim was very helpful throughout and tried her level best to come up with solutions. She was with me, i.e. contactable throughout the whole works. Kim is very prompt in updating and being in touch with whatever issues or queries that you have. She is always ready to assist.

Our renovation journey with Supreme Houzz has been good. Our ID was Jeremy. Jeremy was helpful and responsive. He was attentive to our ideas and would also propose alternatives to our ideas which we appreciate. The final outcome of the house is really good and we're grateful for Jeremy's help and for always being accommodative towards us. However, some areas of improvement would be the contractors/vendors that was engaged to do the carpentry. The contractor was reluctant and kept opposing some of the things we want to do, however Jeremy managed to work things out with the contractor. After the renovation was completed, there were some areas that was not done well too, and when it was time to do the rectification, the contractors always don't come at the time specified and will always say that they don't know what to do and will say "our boss never tell us". Hence, we suggest Supreme Houzz may want to reconsider engaging those contractors. Despite the several unpleasant encounters with the contractors, we will still recommend Supreme Houzz and our ID Jeremy as they have done a good job and have rendered good service to us.

Thankful that our kitchen space was fully utilised and also future-proofed (for future kids). My family also loves the overall simple and aesthetic design. We wanted to renovate our kitchen while staying in. Leonna took up the challenge. She try her very best to accommodate our timing as both myself and my are working. We started our renovation in late December and we finish in late January, just in time for CNY. Leonna is professional and listen to our needs. After experiencing other ID services for my other place, I decided to hunt for another ID and I chance upon them. Consultation was efficient. My place had no layout floor plan as my building is very old and management did not provide it. Sherman came down for consultation and took measurements of the place to give his best advice. 3D planning and draw was done accurately despite the lack of floorplan. I consulted with him for almost 2 months before works on the place started, he did not rush to close the deal but patiently explained every detail and design idea. I am very pleased with the end result My place was totally transformed. Very honest and transparent in dealing. Renovation completed under 2 months. Quality and Service is worthy of the price. I know how it feels like to search for hours every day looking for the right interior designer. Most of us have heard shocking horror stories about renovation companies. None of us want to fall victim, but the fact that most of us only go through this phase once in our life makes us easy prey for dishonest IDs. If you are reading this, then from one fellow new homeowner to another, I am telling you that you have found the right interior designer; Her name is Megan Gunn, and her ID company is Supreme Houzz. Megan is different from other IDs because has integrity. The renovation industry is a filthy swamp of deceitful crocodile IDs, but Megan and Supreme Houzz shine brightly because they are honest and they have never tried to trick me, unlike the other buaya IDs I worked with in the past. Megan documented everything in black and white in a very organised way. IDs work with a lot of different suppliers who often make mistakes, so having a very organised and honest ID who protects you and your interests throughout your journey is the absolute, number one, most important thing you really need. The suppliers that Megan recommended and managed did a wonderful job. This was because Megan really spends a lot of time keeping track of the progress of works, making sure that costly mistakes made by the working level construction staff are quickly rectified at the supplier’s expense. She really takes her personal and company brand seriously and works with a machine-like dedication scrutinising every aspect of what every supplier is contractually obligated to provide. Megan holds all of her suppliers to a very high standard. I have never met an ID who protects her clients with such assertiveness, but the end result is a beautiful home for me at a fraction of the quotes given by other ID firms, without any need to argue or haggle. Another great thing about Supreme Houzz is that they have a very strong team that supported me in my journey. While Megan took the lead for my project, she also had the support of Madeline and Alvin. Together, they made very skilful adjustments to my desired plans, to help me cut down costs significantly and stay compliant with HDB regulations, without compromising on my desired goals. They guided me very closely, especially on how to minimise or avoid contract variations orders that would increase my cost due to new changes I ask for. Madeline and Megun spent a lot of time speaking with me about my goals for my renovation, my family’s lifestyle, and my limitations. No judgment, no upselling, no nonsense. They really studied my profile to give me precise solutions that always hit the bullseye. I have my dream home now and I only spent 32k. I didn’t need to fork out anything other than what we agreed on. Meanwhile, other IDs were asking me for 80k and above. Money is precious and very hard to come by, especially in this economy we have. I strongly recommend Megan and Supreme Houzz to all my friends who are in need of home renovation. You don’t need to become another renovation horror story. Had a very bad experience with my previous reno company who suddenly stopped renovating my house halfway. Was puzzled and searching for a good renovation company. Where I got in contact with supreme house design. After explaining my house situation they immediately came to my house for visit. From the very first meeting, our experience with Shermaine was very positive as she took the time to detail out to complete the renovation. During the planning process, we appreciated how Shermaine took the time to understand our renovation theme and requirements before providing his inputs and recommendations with explanations how the design would flow together nicely. She had a very structured workflow to ensure that we focused on the design and details before moving on to selecting the colour schemes. He also has a good taste, I like a lot the tiles he recommended to me, I believe in his suggestions when I hesitated to make some decisions. I am working in Life Science company for many years and I deal / liase with many contractors for plant maintenance . When making final decision to make which ID to choose , Sherman presentation stand out he can deliver according to our time line and required design for new home. Reno project start to end Sherman is very supporting , any issue during Reno he can manage and close up promptly . The best key point I want to recommend ID Sherman to new home owners who are in look out to renovate their home , Sherman will advise not waste cost those not needed to spend extra cost to new home owner. As for Project deliverables , the Reno project was completed on time , all the Reno progress phase fit into the time line . Yuli and the team really helped us throughout the entire renovation. It only took 2 months after re-doing the entire 2 toilets and kitchen, overlaying the entire house, breaking down a wall and installing a glass panel to separate the kitchen from the living room. The entire process was seamless and Yuli really take charge of the entire project and giving us prompt updates with accurate timeline and photos. He even came down to do inspection. He really gave us the assurance needed as he knows me and my wife also busy with our career and wedding preparations. This house is really a dream come true and fulfil what we envision for this house. More than just doing a renovation, I felt that Yuli became our friend and we could easily talk about other aspects of life beside renovation. He was understanding with the payments and helped to keep within our budget. He really focuses a lot on the customer service and not so much of the pricing which I really appreciate it a lot. Not only was she professional, she was willing to share her ideas and opinions to us and provide us with multiple advices on what we should or should consider not to do for our place. Accompanied with a very experienced and detailed personel, Leonna Chua, our reno journey has been very memorable. She has been a darling. From the first time we touched base, working on our budget, she guided us through what were the pros and cons. We then had a discussion and decided not to do other research with other companies, we turned to them and had been treated with a lovely wholesome experience. Renovation period was smooth. We found her to be very knowledgeable and informative during the initial consultation and she was not a hard-sell either making the meeting very comfortable. We refurbished our kitchen, master bedroom toilet & wardrobe. We compared few IDs and finally decided to choose Supreme Houze as our ID. Our ID is Kimberlyn in short we call her Kim. [ Major overhaul for my 49year old Resale HDB ] Delvin and Sean did a great job with my renovations. All works completed within 9 weeks. Pricing reasonable and very accommodative to requests. Both Delvin and Sean takes ownership when problems arise . My house is resale 4-room and with Alison help i able to get my beautiful house done even with a budget tight and within 2 months+ though.. plus there up and down during the reno. but Alison personally came down and fix it regardless. he always wants you to save cost. i would defiantly recommend people to give them a chance to what they can offer. That being said, Jeremy was very accommodating when I requested changes to the original design. He was able to adjust and adapt without issue, and made sure that I was happy with the final result. The quality of workmanship that Jeremy produced was good. The finished product was exactly what I had envisioned - and more. For new homeowners embarking on a renovation project, my advice would be to do your research and choose an ID who you feel comfortable working with and well established. Don't be afraid to communicate openly and honestly with your ID throughout the process, and make sure to stay involved to ensure that everything is going according to plan. My home renovation journey started off by meeting Mr Joel from Supreme Houzz Design. Joel, the design manager, was there, and it started pretty well. The consultation started with drafting the floorplan, voicing what we wanted for the house, etc. Since this is the first time I'm renovating the house, Joel gave us many input and interesting ideas for the plan. We are very satisfied and grateful with our interior designer Jack Quah. We are blessed to have Jack Quah as our assigned ID from Supreme Houzz. Jack has all the top qualities that an experienced and responsible ID should have for renovation. Since Day 1, Jack Quah was really great to work with and we can feel the comfort working with him. He is very friendly, responsive and helpful through the journey of our renovation. The design and colour suggestion is definitely to our likings. I can proudly say that no ID will supervise the site as often as Jack and he make sure that everything run smoothly. Jack make sure that every single day there are works carried out without having an empty day wasted and this expedite the whole renovation process. As my renovation is a full unit makeover with technically whole house full of carpentry, the timeline we give Jack was 10 weeks. However, due to his experience and excellent work arrangement schedule, he managed to surprise us within 7 weeks completion without affecting the workmanship and qualities of the materials. Jack was really very particular about any defect and workmanship and he will rectify with his contractor immediately without being told by us. Usually there might be some minor hiccups in renovation, however with Jack Quah as our ID, everything is smooth and there is totally no issues and he update the status of works every single days to us. A humble, friendly, helpful and detailed person as your ID will make all homeowners to have a piece of mind while renovation is being carried on. Good colour scheme recommendation. I like minimalist , “ clean “ look. Can match with any furniture colour. Shermain and team understood that. Service response prompt in rectifying my issues. 5 year warranty for workmanship was worth it. Took about 2 half months for hacking of kitchen/ hall divider, full kitchen overhaul, PD door change for toilet and shower, installation of sink cabinet , mirrors , paint job, revarnish of rooms.

What to say? A renovation company that I have the blessed pleasure to work with. They are : 1. Go way and beyond (even when I text 1 or 2 am in the morning). 2. Never complained about all my questions and much renegotiation (x 3). 3. Extra services throw in free of charge. 4. Straight forward communication and super responsive (less than 30 mins when busy) 5. Renovation completed ahead of schedule and very considerate ID of mine (by helping me to settle all the nitty-gritty things). All in all, have no worries and doubt throughout the whole renovation. There were a few hiccups not caused by Supreme Houzz but they were able to support and recover it through. My experience with Supreme Houzz for the renovation of my 4-room BTO flat was a mixture of positives and challenges, but ultimately resulted in a satisfactory outcome. Wile Sherman was doing a commendable job spearheading the project -explaining to us newcomers the intricacies of the renovation details clearly - working with Yong Qiang as my designer was a pleasure, thanks to his friendly and responsive nature, a break from monotony of competitors elsewhere. He promptly addressed any concerns or complaints that arose during the project, showing commendable commitment to resolving issues. However, there were certain obstacles that affected the completion of the project. While the workmanship of Supreme Houzz's renovation project was acceptable as a whole, it presented significant challenges when it came to issue resolution and rectification. Addressing concerns and arranging for workers to return for fixes or touch-ups was not without much scrutiny on my part. One particularly concerning issue was the installation of the backboard which although looked amazing from a glance, many books and crannies and irregularities in the corners and crevices upon closer inspection. I also encountered problems with the accessory retailer recommended by Supreme Houzz, Ong and Lai. The products in the showroom looked amazing and coupled with attentive service over there, we were convinced. However after installation, the quality of the items left much more to be desired. We were also hoping for the retailer and designer to have more communication between each other instead of us being involved with so much miscommunication. I must emphasize that after raising these complaints, all the issues were eventually addressed and resolved to my satisfaction for the most part. Yong Qiang’s service was commendable. He consistently displayed a friendly demeanor and promptly responded to all the problems I brought to his attention, ensuring their resolution. However, I feel that with more of a physical presence on-site to supervise the contractors might yield a better result when stringent quality checks are made in the stages and not the end. In terms of the value for money, I can confidently say that it was definitely worth it. Costs were transaprent, and I felt that I received a fair deal for the renovation services provided by Supreme Houzz.

Meeting our tight timeline so it allows us to celebrate my wife's birthday in the new place. We engaged Supreme Houzz Design to renovate our resale EA. Our ID Jack Quah was really great to work with since Day 1. He is very responsive and friendly. Any issues or queries that we raised were always promptly resolved. We are very pleased with his design and colour suggestions also. A very big concern for us was the schedule as we had to complete the renovation quickly and move in. Jack was very proactive in trying his best to complete the installation of the carpentry as soon as possible and tried to rush everything while still ensuring that quality was not compromised. He also updated us on the status of the works regularly. This gave us a peace of mind and we didn’t have to go down to the site to check everyday. Jack is also very humble and understanding. As the carpentry was still being installed, the movers did not fix back the beds that we moved. After the carpentry was done, while were trying to fix and move the bed frames, Jack went the extra mile to stay behind and help us with it also, which is something he didn’t have to do. Inevitably, there will always be minor hiccups along the way, but these were not big issues for us as Jack was always very quick to resolve the issues. He was also transparent and at the same time trustworthy. We will recommend Jack to anyone who is looking to renovate their house. My first home renovation is with Roderick from Supreme Houzz. It was a steep learning curve for me and my husband as house owners. But with the help of Roderick, the renovation went smoothly even though sometimes hiccup is bound to happen(but surely will be solved as well). From the start, we have given Roderick quite a tight schedule for the renovation period. He and his team made it happen without compromising on the workmanship. During the process of renovation, he managed the various works and kept us updated. He also answered our questions and worries, making us understand the process with reassurances. At the end of renovation as new house owners, of course, we did not know how to do a thorough check. Luckily, Roderick did a check and had his team carried out the rectification work.
