Would you recommend this Interior Designer and why?

Carol was our ID from Summit Design. She was very helpful throughout the renovation, updating us frequently on the status and sending us pictures of the house. She offered us practical advice on the design. What we also liked is her quotation, which was itemised at a very detailed level. Whenever there was any change to the renovations (which happened quite a number of times as we moved through the various stages of the reno), she would update us on the costs timely with clear description. There was no hidden cost. Up until now, 5 months after the renovation ended, we would still ask her questions every now and then on minor matters and she would reply very promptly, usually within a day. Overall, we were satisfied with her service. We would recommend Carol for anyone looking for an honest ID.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

It will be good for future homeowners to choose the tiles, paint colour and laminate colour, basically as much as possible, in advance, before the 3D drawing, so that the 3D draw will give you a better idea of how the house will look like eventually.

Yes . The interior who doing for me is quite responsible and helping me to complete the whole project in one and half months. The designer also helping me to find the suitable furniture and accessories .

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

When you search for your design firm, try to compare at least 5 quotations and see the price they quote and understand what the design firm . do for you, a good interior designer can help you to complete your design at your budget. If you really tight on the budget, You can consider to get your furniture, toilet accessories and lighting from JB.

Yes. Carol is a great ID. She can help the family to save cost by doing what we are really need to do on our renovation. She offers almost 24/7 service whenever I need. After renovation service is also very good.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

Think about what do you need - make sure your renovation work can give you some homie feeling to your house. plan the budget properly plan the timing Outsource the fittings from more than 2 vendors

We highly recommend Carol Lim and her team of sub-contractors. As we are into fengshui. She will followed our requirement and take note all the details and even we got her to choose the design and color of our newly home. She will take the initiative to update the progress and send us the pictures. She will give suggestion that we might not think of. Carol is trust ID and deliver good quality work.

We completed the renovation of our 4 room bto in August 2016. William's expertise, knowledge and vendor affiliation was of great help in building our dream house. We are impressed with his interpersonal and dedicated services - keeping us update with the progress through whatsapp 24/7, replied patiently to all our queries and help us manage our requirements within our budget.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

Do your research well on the design theme you would like to have, this will save a lot of time by allowing your ID to propose ideas aligned to your dream theme. We didn't have much hiccups as we we already have in mind we wanted a lot of space and open concept theme - we hacked down the kitchen wall to have a bigger dining area and we combined the 2 common rooms to turn it into the MBR and study/wardrobe area.

Yes, Carol was able to understand our ideas and propose what we wanted. At times when there were issues, she was also able to offer alternatives for us to select.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

It is important to do some form of 'homework' / research and have good understanding and communication between the renovator and homeowners.
