Would you recommend this Interior Designer and why?

Yes! I was first introduced to Daniel by my sister when she engaged him to do ID Reno services for her BTO flat. We were impressed by the quality of the Reno and the advice Daniel gave for young families - practical and forward looking ideas � To cut story short, our floor laminates were eaten by termites in May 2017 and we need to replace them ASAP. Daniel had experience dealing with such problems before and recommended a few termite specialists to us to consider. It took about 6 weeks to cure the termite problem and Daniel recommended us to use vinyl flooring instead that is termite proof, waterproof and easy to maintain. In the process we also thought of doing some Reno works to our bathrooms and master bedroom wardrobe. Daniel gave us a few good ideas - sliding concealed full length mirror in the wardrobe, sliding mirror for the bathroom, integrated side table with wardrobe, using nippon paint special effects to create feature wall for the master bedroom which we love so much! During the Reno process Daniel is always the first to arrive in the morning to instruct the workers on the day’s job and he will return in the evening to help us inspect the quality. His attention to details is amazing and sometimes he made them touch up even without us prompting, for example the painting, those uneven patches will be picked up by him! Daniel is very responsible considering we are a young family with 3 kids and if u want to find a ID who provides with feasible practical ideas and hassle -free services, Daniel will be most recommended!

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

During the Reno process Daniel is always the first to arrive in the morning to instruct the workers on the day’s job and he will return in the evening to help us inspect the quality. Yes, as he could propose design to fit the space constraint and he uses good quality materials. He will follow up on defects quickly and advise on how to maintain the furnishing in good condition.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

Have at least 3 proposals to do comparison. Do expect to spend more than the quotation as you might change the material to use. Do also expect some delay rather than plan to the schedule as committed by them so at least there is some room for you to move around.

Practicability is the key. Especially with kids around at home, space and storage are so valuable and that's when an experienced ID plays an important role.

Yes. Daniel is reliable, patient and accommodating. I've recommended many friends to him and everyone is completely satisfied with his service. This is an important yardstick, Likewise, I know him thru a friend.

Select a good contractor. Best recommendation is always thru word of mouth from your friends etc. A well designed home is subjective, based on your budget, moods, needs and preference. Most importantly, you must be comfortable and happy. Of course, a good designer's ability to empathize & provide you different design options are important consideration.

This is 3rd time that we engaged Daniel and his team sennett for renovation service. Their attitude, responsibility, service level, towards every little matters are beyond our expectation. *especially hearing so many horror stories on renovation* in addition, daniel listens to our requirements carefully to make recommendation to keep within budget.; will stand from home-owner point to ensure that contractors did a proper job (even to the smallest details that we as home owner didnt notice) throughout the period of renovation, we hardly have to make trips to the place, as Daniel is always there for ensure things are accordingly to schedule.

if you are blessed to get a responsible ID, you can safely trust on him that on the project schedule timeline. its totally worried-free. in terms of the quality of the renovation works, responsible ID will only engaged good-skilled contractors.

Yes. Daniel brings with him years of experience and a keen eye for details. He was able to provide various cost effective and visually pleasing options to realize specific designs.

Ask about after-sales service during the initial discussions. Initiate regular meetings with your ID. Personally review and check the progress of the renovation to prevent unpleasant surprises at the end.

Yes. I strongly recommend the Interior Designer, Mr Daniel Choo, from Sennett Project Pte Ltd (also known as Cosmo Image Pte Ltd). He is very experienced in the ID and renovation. He is also very nice and kind with very quick response to get the things done. His team has another good partner. Daniel himself focuses on the interior design, and his partner focuses on the renovation and implementation. They are quite patient and honest. They would never over-charge or cheat customers. During the renovation, I actual made some last minute requests to add some extra design, or change design. Daniel and his partner were quite kind to change the renovation plan and schedule to fulfill these requests. I really appreciate their great help. They delivered very good design and renovation to my unit.

The quality of the workmanship of Sennett Project Pte Ltd is quite good, with very good efficiency. As a house owner, it may be common to have some extra requests during the renovation. It is better to engage an interior designer with good attitude and kind personality, such as Daniel and Sennett Project Pte Ltd. Otherwise, the extra requests may cause unhappiness between the house owners and the ID.

Would you recommend this Interior Designer and why?

Daniel is a very experienced and knowledgeable designer. He has lots of creative and practical ideas, and is able to provide practical and professional advice to us. Due to his extensive contacts, he is able to recommend other contractors that we need, such as curtains, sun shields, fans, etc

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

It would be good to build in some buffer time as delays are inevitable, especially if the contractor has many projects on hand. It is also necessary to record all important discussions in black and white (e.g. the type and colour of tiles or laminates selected) to avoid any confusion and conflicts in future.

Would you recommend this Interior Designer and why?

The renovation renderings are quite accurate against the final result. The communication is in time and effective and prevent lots of trouble. The quality of carpentry is quite ok and no much issue after one year usage.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

Overhaul on kitchen or toilet is very expensive. The schedule need to be well planned and the progress need to be monitored frequently to provide feedback in time and prevent rework and delay.

Would you recommend this Interior Designer and why?

All I can say is Daniel is a CREATIVE GUY! Responsible and helpful during the whole renovation process! When we are not around, he will take photo and show us and always keep us updated.
