We chose Redefine Interior Design because of their beautiful home projects that they have done. Paul did an amazing job in designing our house. He was able to conceptualise our thoughts into reality and was very nice throughout our discussions. He even brought us around to see tiles, furnitures and other accessories as well while choosing for the right pieces to fit our interior design. He was very thoughtful and responsible throughout the whole renovation process. We are super happy to have worked with him to bring our home alive!

After meeting a few others, we decided Dylan Tan as our ID primarily because of his excellent design idea for the ceiling of our living room during the first conversation. He promptly responds and fully understands our needs and desires. He handled the difficulties we encountered with patience and flexibility. A very responsible ID is Dylan Tan. For us, the entire refurbishment process was hassle-free because any difficulties raised were quickly resolved and we received timely updates via WhatsApp. Highly Appreciated and Recommendable!

The last ID we visited was Redefine Interior Design Pte Ltd, and Gab Chua was able to fulfill our needs and was overflowing with ideas. Gab Chua continuously kept in touch with us and was prepared to get to work right away. He was always accommodating and patient throughout the project, prepared to allay our worries and concerns as first-time house owners. After turning over, he keeps an eye on the rectification job to make sure it is finished as soon as possible. We are grateful to Gab Chua for creating our first house. We adore the design, and as we currently work from home, it is wonderful that we can spend so much time there.

I am glad we used Redefine Interior Design for our house renovation. A big shout-out goes to our ID Paul Lin, who you can rely on to oversee the entire procedure. He takes great pride in his work and is very client-focused. Regardless of the time or day, the process went pretty well, and our ID promptly responded. Small problems were easily fixed. Spoke to a few designers and decided to go with Johnny Huang. He was able to understand us easily and gave us confidence that our home renovation will be put in good hands. He would give us lots of suggestions and explained to us about the pros and cons, aesthetic vs functionality. He wasn't being pushy and let us have time to consider. We are thankful for his responsivenes, sincerity and always deliver what was promised. We are really happy and never regretted with our choice to have Redefine Interior build our home. I was referred to Redefine Interior by a close friend and met up with Johnny. He understands what I need and the chemistry between us was great. Even though the quotation provided wasn't the cheapest, I still decided to engage Redefine Interior for my renovation work. Johnny is a really helpful person, he is responsible and take ownership of his work. We did encounter some hipcups but my ID will always discussed what's the best option to take. Pros and cons were always explained to me in great details and I fully trust Johnny on his advice. Due to some minor issues, the handover was delayed by a few days but overall I am very happy with the works completed. Highly recommended!

ID Dylan Tan was able to understand my suggestions and proposed layout. He gave amazing inputs on what should be amended to enhance better quality living. He even showed us previous works done so that I’m able to picture the end result of how it will look like. He was able to accommodate to my requirements, really meticulous with details and the overall project. He would keep me updated on the progression or what would be done on his part. Really worth every cent paid as he managed to deliver quality service, amazing work and really efficient. Highly recommended.
