During the search for a ID, the reliability of the renovation firm and ID was my biggest concern given so many negative news and renovation woes by other consumers. I decided to go with Ovon Design owing to their good ratings and reviews online. Most importantly, Raymond and Simon were professional and patient in explaining the quotation and proposed layout. They also listened to my thoughts and preferences. Another important factor was the detailed quotation which accounted for all the items clearly with no hidden costs. Generally the renovation journey was smooth and pleasant. Raymond was able to understand and offered constructive ideas and solutions while Simon and Hui Wen provided regular updates on the progress. The handover was as scheduled despite the pandemic. I’m grateful they proved to be reliable and trustworthy throughout and even months after the renovation. Once again, thank you Raymond, Simon and Hui Wen!
