Dylan was extremely friendly and welcoming for our ideas. He will provide the practical views of our ideas. He will always tried to keep to our agreed budget and will clearly inform us if there are any additional costs. He will go the distance to make sure all the defects are rectified and help whenever issues occured even it was out of his responsibility. Highly recommend to anyone that looking for renovation.

Dylan is an extremely responsive and responsible ID who is consistent with his actions and prompt attitude from start to end. Renovation was done in time based on his projected time-line. Quotations are prompt, clearly laid out and proposed without any hidden cost. I have also recommended him to my friends for their home renovation. Dylan Oo was the project design manager assigned to us for our pantry cabinet renovation works. Dylan was always very prompt in his quotation, feedback and overall work plans, from the start to the end. He was very clear in his all his communication whether on WhatsApp or in-person, and also his paperwork (quotation, invoices, design drawings...etc). The most helpful to us was his prompt update on when his workers arrival and even when there was a slight delay, he would notify you in advance. Dylan never needed any reminding because he would contact and inform you always in advance. And so, that was very helpful for us to coordinate with various persons in our house on the work schedule to be expected. The design and materials he recommended to us were very pleasing. Final finishing and workmanship were also very satisfactory. The price quoted by Dylan to us was decent. It was my first-time engaging LV and I would certainly go back to them for my next renovation job.

My ID would update me the process of my home and if the design colour i chose was run out of material he would give me another similar colour to chose again. I'm impressed after the kitchen was did as we discuss with the concept i want to look like. He also give me alot of advice to mix the concept of my whole house. Each time before the worker start to work on my house he the person would take photo to show me before and after install.

My family and I engaged Living Venture as our main contractor for refurbishment work to our kitchen and 2 bathrooms, which includes all involved carpentry works, wet works and plumbing works. Living Venture had proven to be professional and responsible throughout our renovation schedule; The renovation started on-time and completed within the planned schedule. Although there were minor hiccup with the tiling works progress, however, Thomas and his crew managed to make up for lost time and still deliver to us the perfect interior finishing for our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Our contractor contact, Thomas, is not only knowledgeable but also approachable and reliable enough to frequently provide us updates on our renovation development; this made us felt assured and comfortable knowing that he is in control. He is often viewed as our family's walking "encyclopedia" as he is always very patience and responsive to provide solutions to resolve any problem encountered with his seasoned experience. We are both glad and relief to have Living Venture handling our renovation work during this difficult covid period with the ever changing govt regulations announcements every now and then, hence we highly recommend Living Venture to people around us for any renovation works.
