Doing a great job is not always about impressive renovation..Sometimes its doing something with plain dedication & that's what you are, Alvin.. Every other day, u were at our place, ensuring all was well.. Every other time, u were swift in responding to our doubts.. Every other moment, you yearn to spent time with your family, but customers interest was equally close to yr heart.. Quotations were extremely reasonable, quality of service is commendable and after service is truly professional.. Many end up on a rough note with their ID, but we got a friend.. Thank u Alvin for your yr great works in making our dream home come true.. My wife and I are blessed to have worked with u..

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

Alvin Peh gets the job done like how he would for his own house..He catered well according to our budget with no hidden cost..he is patient and always replies when he's able too..you must understand that they might have other jobs on hand too.. But of course, as owners, we got to take responsibilities.. it's not always the ID 's fault when Reno gets delayed or desired outcome is not achieved..do yr homework n provide the necessary details to yr ID on time so that they too can work on e back end. Treat yr ID well as they r humans too.. To me..Alvin Peh did due justice as an ID.. Thank u Alvin Peh for the memorable experience..

Would you recommend this Interior Designer and why?

Alvin peh went the extra mile to accommodate my family's design needs and requests and more importantly, accomplished it within our budget. I heavily recommend him as the person to go to!

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

Take your time and be patient with your design and work hand in hand with your designer. Treat them well and they will ensure things are done to the best of their ability.

Would you recommend this Interior Designer and why?

Jialux Is a young but very promising Interior Design firm that believes in delivering what it promises. A very important factor that contributes to the success of this company, is the ability to listen and understanding the Client's needs..The 3D drawings came out almost a 100% to the original renovation, in which Alvin and Jason guided us in a few ways. Being an Audio consultant, I am very fussy about aesthetics, but Alvin and Jason listened to what I had to say about how I wanted my Pro Audio system, and how it is to be incorporated in to the Feature wall..I am not a Home theater guy, so it wasn't easy for Alvin to fully comprehend.Secondly, I am a master of kitchen..the kitchen is my kingdom..having the kitchen done up with ease of use and being practical in all movement was really a great step forward in getting good advise from Alvin & Jason..I have to put my hat off to Jason who non stopped put in so much effort and never say die attitude in solving minor details that put the pieces together for a house that can be called a Home..Alvin, whom just had his newborn, congrats, and you were having sleepless nights, but still, managed to fight and claw your way out of bed to attend to me and my wife. We wanted to be different, we wanted a statement for choice of colors..and red and white was a bold statement..Once again.. Thanks Alvin & Jason of Jialux Interior Design..Kudos!!!!

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

Please go through and plan all details whether minor or major in order not to have too many issues of not having done up at the start. Plan and ensure that you try to stay close to your budget.
