I am glad we decided on IMPRESSION DESIGN and I approached Richard to help us design and do up our home. Richard listened to what we have in mind and designed it according to how we wanted our house to be. told him what we want n whats our budget etc. He advice us accordingly at times telling us if certain ideas is goodd or nott so advisable. I felt like im talking to a friend n that makes communication n bringing our point across w each other alot easier. Richard is very knowledgeable and patient.I can understand if he is busy with many other projects but a reply to set a date wouldn't take a few seconds. IMPRESSION DESIGN provides top quality material n the workmanship is excellent. I interacted w a few of them, the tilers, carpenters, electrician n all of them r friendly. To all out there especially my family, friends and relative, i would definitely recommend IMPRESSION without any doubts.
