Would you recommend this Interior Designer and why?

I would recommend this Interior designer to friends on a tight budget. I liked the design for my wardrobe and kitchen. However the response time can be a bit slow. Mine is a simple renovation project but it took slightly longer to complete as expected due delays in work.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

My advise was to spend more time going through many other IDs until you find a suitable one in terms of the style, budgets and workmanship. Furthermore, must be comfortable talking to the designer you going to engage.

Would you recommend this Interior Designer and why?

Yes I would recommend Rae. He is very experience in producing a good design after understanding what my wife and family members need for our home. He would also considered the size of rooms and proposed an appropriate layout for their wardrobe/cabinet, study desk, seaty, bed and door. With him making suggestions, it makes selection of the various tiles, sanitaries and dressing cabinet for our toilets much easier. We let him recommend the materials and colors combinations of our cabinets as well. Overall we are extremely satisfied with his professional services and project management provided to complete our renovated on time and with quality work.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

Have a concept or an idea on what type of design you like, your designer should be able to guide you with a few options. Be flexible and understanding and work closely with your designer. There may be some minor changes and/or slight delays along the way as unexpected events could happen for major renovations or any renovations. Review work and progress by visiting home in renovation more often with designer

Would you recommend this Interior Designer and why?

Kelvin is a Interior Design who will offer practical ideas to his customers. Other than providing practical advice, he is meticulous and will ensure his workers provide tip-top quality work before updating the house owner on the renovation progress. Another good attribute of him will be his patience in articulating and explaining his design concept, accompanied with sample photos of past project works which helped in our decision making. Good management and coordination skills which enabled him to turnaround the house in slightly less than 2 months.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

Future home owners should be conscious of not having cost overrun. Discussing with the right interior design to obtain objective and keeping it under budget is not an easy feat yet we believe it is doable. The experience and character of the ID also plays a major part when choosing ID as he/she will provide the relevant advice as and when you require. Hence, you might want to read up more about each ID's forte prior to meet up with them to discuss how your dream house can be built.

Yes. Definitely. Kelvin Foo is someone who is very patient and helpful. He will guide you through out the whole renovation also suggest you something better if your choice is wrong. Even after the renovation, when we call him for some small issues, he never fails to rectify them. As first time home owners we are very grateful for having Kelvin Foo as our contrator and will recommend him to all home owners.

My advice to new homeowners is that planned your renovation budget in advance and stick to it as much as possible. Discuss with your ID on the possibility of fulfilling your dream designed home to be and after that minimised changes as much as possible. Yes. Design is clean and appealing. Cabinets designed are useful. Recommendations put up to us are good references to us for considerations. Recommendations come with paints suggestions and right coordination. Small details are also carefully taken care by the designer to make sure that the done up are fully utilized by us.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

Quality workmanship is important as this is a home we need to stay for long term (more than 5 years). It will create great inconvenience to do repair works after moving in. Therefore, you must ensure that you select a trustworthy interior designer company that will not cut-corners.

Joshua is extremely service oriented and he is able to provide good and sound professional advise when it comes to interior designing. In addition, he is always on the ball and make sure the project complete within the stipulated time. In addition, he listens to my plan and work towards our discussion ideas. Most importantly Joshua makes me feel at ease and he is extremely patient in explaining to me on the details of the renovation works; he respects my decision and from my observation he is on very good terms with his group of contractors. It is heartening that I engaged him as the ID for the project fand the services rendered by Joshua is highly commendable.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

Have some basic ideas on how to renovate the house: - Ensure quality workmanship especially the contractors the ID is partnering. - Planned your timeline & work with your ID on the renovation details - Service of the ID is important to ensure tight communication and anticipate any problem in advance.

Would you recommend this Interior Designer and why?

Yes, Designer is professional and responsible to his work. He is able to deliver the on on time and the outcome of the design is good including the quality. Designer responded well to my request and good communication. The renovation outcome also meet my renovation budget and my schedule. The renovation completed about 2 months as planned.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

I strongly recommend for those not much budget, just make an easy maintenance and simple reno. Work with your ID not to make your house too complicated which is difficult to maintain and expensive. I will recommend my Interior Designer, Design Profession to my friends. They provides good workmanship.
