Would you recommend this Interior Designer and why?

Our family was really glad to have chosen Ciseern for our new home. We have engaged Steven as our interior designer just 1 or 2 months before Chinese New Year. Steven was able to manage the time well to get most of major works done before then, allowing my family to celebrate at the new place. We invited our relatives over during the festive session and they all love the design and its workmanship. The first time when the 3D design was revealed, my family and I were amazed on how beautiful the design turned out. With great patience and amiable personality, Steven is always there whenever requests or questions arises. Burning most of his weekends, Steven accompanied us from one shop to another, suggested suitable furniture and materials for us. For example, Steven suggested on using the new Celuka waterproof and termite proof board for our kitchen sink cabinet. You definitely will be able to feel the difference as compared to the normal cabinets, and it looks stunning with our open kitchen concept. After observing how Steven do his job, one of the salespersons from one of the furniture shops that we've visited, told us that we were really lucky to have him as our ID, and indeed, we were really fortunate to have him with us. Throughout the whole journey, he gave us the assurance that we needed, overlooking the whole project with consistent update during our busy schedule.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

Would you recommend this Interior Designer and why?

We are first time home owner and ensuring a perfect and comfortable home is very important to us. Cathy and Joanne were more than just our consultant, we became friends. We appreciated each of their professional feedback and advise on making our home perfect. From choice of materials to quality of work, we need not worry of any negative outcome. Even with hiccups, they take it on professionally. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

Do your homework. Bookmark pictures and ideas you have. Share what you have with your ID so that they know what you really want and need. Manage each other expectations. They are also human and doing their job. With Ciseern you need not worry of being "Con" into anything. As for quality, I have utmost trust since day 1. Credibility of an ID is important. You should go for those you feel comfortable working with. Finally the home design can only be nice with proper accessories. Sofa, lights, tables etc, it all matters. Design itself most if the time is not enough. Feel free to share you ideas with your ID. Share pictures of what you have or what you going to buy. Get their professional opinion.
