Wei Yi is professional, knowledgeable, experienced, responsible, sincere and trustworthy. He gave suggestive and useful ideas during my decision making in the most desired design. He shared the pros & cons of the options made available. He also went extra miles to help me with housing items' selections to go with the interior design. I need not to worry about the progress as I've been receiving timely update from him and he'll act at once on the things that I required rectification. Completion was done on time as promised, even after completion, Wei Yi was very helpful to provide guidance on the maintenance and also responded to my questions almost immediately! I've never imagined that renovation process can be such a hassle-free and pleasant experience after hearing so much stories from my friends. There are hundred decisions you have to make when it comes to home renovation. For this reason, it is important to have a designer who you can trust, who can guide you through the myriad of options you have to pick. And I think Li Chien is that desginer. She is a knowledgeable interior designer with great taste, who understands your style and can help you to realize your design aesthetics. We started the process by interviewing around 10 designers suggested by Qanvast. Li Chien was the only one who proposed good ideas which really stood out from the cookie-cutter approach taken by the other designers. The quotation from 9 creation was also more budget friendly compared to the other companies. Throughout the renovation process, Li Chien updated the status of the project in a timely manner. She also gave us good advice when it comes to furnishing the house. We really appreciate her effort to rush to complete the project as well. Even though it was not a full house renovation, it's quite amazing that she managed to complete the project within 1.5 months. We highly recommend her to those looking for an artistic, creative and responsible designer.

My husband and I met with 9 different IDs and eventually decided to entrust Brandon from 9 Creations to design our BTO house. He was very patient, understanding, and thoughtful of every idea and detail of customization we wanted for our house. He was very willing to listen to our ideas and went out of his way to research our theme and style. Not only was he able to envision our ideas, but he also elevated the ideas and made them better. 9 Creations has so many varieties of products you can choose from. It is amazing! Truly spoilt for choice. Not all IDs/contractors had the variety. Most that we went to had only a few sets of materials or colors for us to choose from. So, we were grateful for the options! My mother was so impressed with our house that they also engaged Brandon to revamp her 19-year-old kitchen. We all love it. Brandon is very helpful and responsive. We decided to engage Yan Ling as our ID after meeting a few others mainly because of her great design concept for our living room ceiling at the very first discussion. She fully understands our needs and requests and responds promptly. She is patient and flexible in coping with the challenges we face. Yan Ling is a very responsible ID. Our ID, Brandon, is a very pleasant person to work with and has a great never-say-die attitude. He always took into consideration the needs of our little family and tried incorporating them into his designs for us. We chose Vincent as our ID because he appeared to be the most trustworthy and reliable out of the many IDs that we approached. He gave us a very good quotation right at the start because he suggested for us not to do any extra work that he didn't think was necessary. When given clear instructions, Vincent was able to execute the tasks well without much supervision. He also exerted a high standards amongst all his subcontractors. However, as we renovated during the midst of the pandemic, we were faced with much delays. Luckily, we were not in a hurry to complete the renovation but prompt updates would have helped make the experience better.

We recently completed our renovation and handover of our home and we’d engaged Vincent from 9 Creation. He is very transparent, methodical, and well prepared - works were completed well within the expected timeline even though we were restricted by Covid-19 regulations. He is patient in guiding us to decide on what we want but is also objective as to whether it can fit within our budget and provides useful and practical advice based on his experiences. Vincent is always present in overseeing works at the site - he is attentive to detail and prompt in resolving issues. As first-time homeowners, we were sometimes unsure of certain things, but Vincent will go the extra mile to help us resolve them. Overall it had been a pleasant and enjoyable process. We compared a few quotes and decided to go with 9 creation because of the reviews online and also they are HDB registered and under CASE trust. Our ID, Li Chien, was very responsive upfront even before we decided to use her firm. Editing the quote to our requirements promptly and being upfront about electrical costs that will only be quoted at a later stage when we get our keys. Our project wasn't considered an extensive one costing around 28k (excluding aircon) for a 4room resale but she was responding to us promptly. We especially appreciate her keeping to the timeline and being present for major installations and works. There were certain defects that we didn't manage to spot but she did and rectified even before we asked her to. After handing over, she still asked her team to help with minor defects and installations. Overall, the workmanship was of decent quality and project management was top-notch. Highly recommend 9 Creation and Li Chien!

After meeting up with several IDs, we finally decided to engage Vincent from 9 Creation to handle our renovations. He’s attentive & listened to our needs and did not try to force his ideas on us. He also gave sound advice on the do’s and do n’ts in terms of design & practicality etc. The prices he quoted us were reasonable too. All went well initially when the reno first started but with the announcement of Malaysia MCO, our reno work was progressing at a snail’s pace due to a shortage of workers carpentry factory closure, etc. We were in panic mode as the date of moving in was approaching whereby our old flat had been sold and needed to be handed over to a new owner. We knew that Vincent was juggling between a couple of projects during then but busy as he was, he somehow managed to get the kitchen and one toilet ready on time for us to move in with help from the local carpentry team. The rest of the renovation work continued over the next few months after we moved in. There were hiccups & inconveniences along the way but fortunately, some were negligible issues and some Vincent managed to rectify. Due to the delay in reno completion & handover, we wouldn’t say our satisfaction level is 100% but we really appreciate Vincent trying his best to help expedite the process for us.

Jesslin, our ID, was superb! From the very first contact with her, it was a very easy and responsive process to re-doing our toilets. We've never had to ask her for updates and schedules as she always informed us beforehand and would remind us again the day of the schedule. Renovating the toilets while 6 people were still living in the house was not easy but she managed to to make it as fast and painless as possible. Whenever she can, she made sure to speed up the timeline so that we can have full use of our house facilities again. The process wasn't without its setbacks but Jesslin was always there to follow-up and rectify anything that needed to be done even after the handing over process was done. Would highly recommend Jesslin and 9Creations for your ID needs!

There are not enough words in our vocabulary to express how wonderful the experience was working with Lichien. From the start, she struck us to be very meticulous and attentive, taking notes on all of our requests and providing good advice and alternative suggestions when our ideas were perhaps not as practical as we thought. She stuck through the quotation process with timely responses and even though we went through at least nine versions before committing, she was sweet and polite at all times. She made thoughtful suggestions during our material selection process, which made it a rather smooth one despite us being overwhelmed by the wide variety of options. When actual work began, she was at the site nearly everyday to make sure everything was in order. She picked up potential issues and rectified them promptly, giving us a lot of comfort throughout the process. There was a time when we thought handover would be delayed as we had to make some last minute changes to our carpentry works, but Lichien managed the changes professionally and we were able to complete the project as planned. Unlike our past experiences where the ID became uncontactable once the last payment was made, Lichien remained available when we reached out to her to fix some minor issues (and these were really pretty small issues which we thought she might brush us off). We would definitely recommend Lichien to any friends or relatives looking for good quality renovation services!!

Positive: Professionalism We had shortlisted a few IDs but in the end we decided to choose Brandon from 9Creation. Because during discussion he understood what we hoped to have and gave constructive ideas which are practical. Although the overall cost exceeded slightly our initial budget, we are happy and satisfied with his professionalism and advices. His design sense and styles are highly recommended too. We're grateful to have met and worked with Brandon from 9 Creation to renovate our new flat. The entire experience start to end was positive and fuss-free. Design: Brandon has a great eye for color and design and is also able to understand clients' needs well. His proposed designs were very much in line with the rough ideas and requirements we had in mind, making conceptualizing a breeze. Throughout the renovation process thereafter, he guided us in making design decisions (e.g. color and style of tiles, blinds, laminates) to achieve a more cohesive look. He is also very knowledgeable and experienced in this field, highlighting considerations and areas to look out for when designing our house. His skills are impressive and we absolutely love how our home turned out! Working experience: The construction of our BTO flat had been delayed 3 times due to Covid, and when we finally collected our keys one year after the original completion date, Brandon understood our urgency to get the home ready for move-in as soon as possible. He moved the project along quickly and expedited areas where possible. Brandon was also very responsive throughout the renovation process, explaining and answering whatever questions we had (this is our first home) and following up on various areas where needed. He was very efficient and effective in managing the project and worked well with contractors, including those brought on board by us, to facilitate and ensure everything was done well and according to the timeline. Brandon's efforts eventually allowed us to move into our new home way ahead of the timeline. Workmanship: So far so good! I came across Brandon's name from another review. Emailed the company and specifically requested for Brandon. As I was not in a rush, I only waited for him to get back to me which took about a week. Was not disappointed and did not regret the wait. My wife and I did not have time to oversee the planning, selection, and execution and we fully entrusted him to make the decisions for us. Of course, he came back to us with his suggestions and they were all great. He took care of the home and the whole renovation and delivered on time as promised.

Carpenters and electrician have also proven their immense experience during the entire process. Service Excellent service, Brandon always responded to our queries and feedback and made sure all were rectified accordingly. After the handover if any issues he mentioned we could always approach him if needed. Definitely professional and excellent service. Yeng Hao from 9 Creation is a lifesaver. I was looking for an ID that could do up the renovation for my place in a short span of time and have been told by several firms that my timeline was feasible at all. Yeng Hao was the only person who could confidently confirm if was doable. He is very meticulous and detailed in his planning and provided a clear schedule of how he'd arrange for the renovation work. He doesn't provide BS advice like most IDs would. I also greatly appreciate the honesty and transparency when going through the costs, especially for those ad-hoc requests. After shopping around for an ID, I decided to engage Yeng from 9 Creation to do some minor renovation work for my unit. Although my requirements were not complex, Yeng was extremely sincere in taking on the job. Yeng may be young but he embodies what it truly means to be an interior designer. Having worked as an assistant architect before, he was armed with a lot of technical knowledge and was able to advise me properly. Not to mention, his passion truly shines and he takes pride and responsibility in his work. He also pays attention to the fine details. Overall Good Renovation Experience with Jesslin from 9 Creation We would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude and thank our ID Jesslin from 9 Creation for the transformation of our home. The workmanship is good and the final works delivered were almost identical to the 3D drawings. The design was in accordance with our requirements, and even though we changed our minds on certain issues, she readily accommodated and adjusted it.
