*Pen down your desires *Know what the essentials, the must have *Know your budget *Check out the types of materials you would like to have for your home, like tiles for flooring, kitchen etc

Yes, I will definitely recommend Justin. This is the third time I have engaged Justin. He works within my budget and always has good suggestions. Justin has proven to be creative and innovative. He is also patient and understanding.
What advice would you give to future homeowners?
My advise for future homeowners are work within the budget. Get a good ID as responsiveness, quality workmanship and after sales service are important.
