Would you recommend this Interior Designer and why?

My designer Eddie Wong is a very honest, easy going and meticulous person. He is really experience by providing good advise on the type of design that we are looking into it and give good alternative suggestion in order to adjust according to our liking. If there is any issue during the renovation phase or even after the payment, he is always able to rectify and follow up asap. We are lucky to have him as our ID and really glad with his overall performance. I will definitely recommend him to anyone with no second thought.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

Always start looking out for ID firm early at least 3 to 4 months in advance before collecting home keys. Search for 3 quotations to do the comparison. Budget might be the key factor but at the same I feel honesty, quality of workmanship and responsiveness is equally important too. Ask to see at least 2 of their workmanship of house that is done by their company.

Would you recommend this Interior Designer and why?

Yes. Being a ISO certified firm, their documentations are clear and concise. The ID in charge, Eddie has been very committed to our renovation, going the extra miles for us. His after-reno service is also very good.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

Go ahead and trust Koong Yee in designing your new home. I will also do the same when I get my new flat in future. Best is to let your selected ID i.e. Koong Yee be in charge of all your renovation works, rather than engaging different contractors for different works.

Delise has been serving us with passion & patience which most of the owner who are looking for. Product was delivered in good condition and well arrangements made with his staff's from lighting to aircon.

Renovation is a long and details process. So a Great ID will save u from all the headaches. We strongly recommended Delise Khor for fuss-free renovation.

I am absolutely delighted with the work Eddie has done for me. His quick and efficient manner of supervision the reno has lessen my stress. He even attended to my call after months of moving in to do some touch up.

Engage an ID, trust him. Create a Reno theme and work on it. Set a budget and a time frame for the reno works. Seek or show pictures to your ID when getting furnitures for advises.

I will definitely recommend this interior designer because of his unique idea. He is imaginative and very friendly, finish work with care and on time.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

I guess the generic advice would be to look at your budget first. Try to have some baseline idea in your mind keeping the budget as main consideration. I mean people can give lot of fancy pictures with all type of elaborately edited work, that may not be appropriately match to you financial commitment. So don't go for all those tempting offers. Secondly, your requirements and time line are the another most important factor to be consider. It does not makes any sense to me to stay in rented house when your renovation work is being carried out. Try to sort out all major Reno work before you move in. The remaining minor work can be carried out, whilst you have started staying in to your new house. This will allows you to save some money on rental as well you will have idea of fine details and smallest possible change that you may want to do. Those you may not have taken in to consideration while planning the renovation work.

We got to know Koong Yee Works from Singapore Expo fair and we could sense the sincerity of their stuff. During our discussion of progress there are giving professional, responsible, patient, dedicated and helpful. Give us a lots of ideas & suggestion. Besides that during the renovation works stuff was supervision & co-ordination work were superb. He even took great. Responsibility to make sure that renovation work was being carried out safety. We are very happy & proud of our renovation works which we would say was a quality work, from start till end. Thanks.

First of all, owner should have a favourite ideas and concept you prefer. Can discuss with your ID. Let them show 3D pictures to you. And request them bring you to their on going renovation works, show their quality workmanship. Important that is value for money.

Yes, I would recommend this ID to friends. My ID was meticulous and responsible. He has understand what are our requirements and went beyond our expectations. We were very happy and satisfied with his service.

Always work with an ID who you will be comfortable with and could communicate with one another well to avoid unnecessary disputes. Also, it's necessary to look for a well established and reputable ID firm.

I will recommend my designer. Kevin was really amazing with his designs and concepts. He explained to us briefly and asked us for our opinion before coming to a conclusion.

Find and explore a well established renovation company and do not choose blindly because these are the guys who can transform your home into something beautiful and cozy to live in.

Yes. The team is responsive and full of ideas. What we like is the amount of attention, advice and details given to us as we are first time owners of our HDB flats. Although the satisfaction level is not 100%, we are contended and happy as the team has met most of our demands and expectations

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

It is important to know what you want and how you want your house to be like. To transform ideas and concepts into reality takes a lot of effort, planning and communication exchanges. There is a need to convey clearly the ideas and concept and a frank discussion of what can be done and what cannot be done need to be clearly spell out. There should not be any assumption or grey areas which will cause disputes and arguments.

Kenji has rendered his service throughout for our renovation works. We were deeply impressed by the promptness services that he had given us. During renovation, when we encountered any issue, he would guide us, gave us solutions and most important he would settle it promptly. We always felt great that we had chosen him as our ID. He was responsible, reliable, efficient and most important trustworthy. He also understand and listen to us. He was contactable when we sought his opinion on designs or colour. He had accompanied us to choose for our lighting accessories too. He always keeps us informed at every stage of the project. His post sales service was excellent, he will attend to issue which risen.

You should appoint ID Kenji from Koong Yee for your renovation work, he was responsible, reliable and efficient. He was contactable and will assist to settle issues when encountered during renovation work and post sales service too. Renovation work and quality were good.

Yes I would recommended to my friend and relative. The design capture all the details that we have highlighted to him on the first meeting. He managed to integrate the design with our needs and requirement and make it practical for usage. He is also patient when we are not able to make a decision directly, he would provide his opinion on each design and totally respect our decision. During the renovation, he would go to the site almost everyday to monitor the progress and update us accordingly. If he feels that there are items that could be improve, he would highlight to us and seek our concurrence before proceeding. Great Services.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

It would be good if you could do some research about the theme that you preferred. It would speed up the discussion. If you already selected your main furniture, please show it to your ID, it would also provide a better understanding of your liking. During the renovation, it would be good if you could check some of the items before the unit is fully complete. If there is any thing to rectify, it could be rectify during this period.

Would you recommend this Interior Designer and why?

I would recommend Mr Delise Khor because he is highly dependable interior designer. He is patience, attentive, responsible and discharge his obligations to the best of his abilities. During the course of the renovation, whenever there are area of works that encounter problems, he would 1st listen to my feedback and then propose the solutions for me to decide. Through my 2 renovation experiences with him, I found out that his motto is to put client's needs as top priority, finished the renovation works to client's requirements thus keeping clients happy and satisfied. My wife and I enjoyed a rather pleasant experience working with Delise Khor for our house renovations. We are glad that we are spared of the headaches and frustrations which are usually associated with renovation works.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

Spend more time with the designer to have a well-thought out design and materials selection before the actual renovation starts. Otherwise, many changes/alterations will happen and will result in abortive works and additional costs.

We will like to compliment and thank Delise khor for renovation work-done. We get to know Koong Yee Company from singapore expo fair and took up the package and went through frustration and hell time till we requested to change ID and Delise was assigned to us and we have started the renovation for our 4 room flat on middle March 2015. Throughout the 5mths of renovation, Delise is highly responsive to our queries and demands. No matter how trivial or difficult the task is, Delise has diligently and patiently fulfilled them all. Following fengshui measurements with advise we have been changing our design and ideas. However not once has Delise shown his impatience or displeasure instead, he has obliged them professionally. He has also managed to do a very good coordination job among the many contactors for the various job done. What impressed us is his services and professionalism throughout the renovation, his jovial disposition has never failed to brighten us up when we were so stressed up by the renovation. Overall Delise is attentive to details, highly motivated and responsible. We are glad to have Delise as our ID and would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a responsible, reliable and professional Internal Designer.

Our advice is to see more online design or books discuss which idea design and giving your ID both of your ideas before working out and compare the price and view thier on going project on workmanship.
