Yes. Would definitely recommend Arts Advance as they are able to relate to our  expectation of dream home when we spoke to  them on how should the ideal home be like. He was also bringing us to different places to select the lighting & furnishing within our budget.  Marcus was very detailed and follow up closely to ensure that work are done on time. Ivan , the owner, was very accommodating and helpful during the whole process and being extremely flexible with our request. This is our 2nd home renovation with Arts Advance.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

Quality of workmanship is extremely important as the home is a place that you can be comfortable in. Design of the space and ensuring that all space gives you the home feeling is extremely important.

I wanted a house that was simple, nice and roomy. Ivan and Stacey were patience to listen and understand my needs. Everything was done nicely and the outcome was better than I thought of. They followed up whenever I pointed the places to improve.

Highly recommended for the cost, design, timeliness and most importantly the quality. Never regretted engaging them for their services. I will definitely introduce them to others.

Yes, I would recommend this ID to my friends. I was introduced to them by my friend, so Ivan and Stacey attended to me. They are very responsible and dedicated. They get all the things done as proposed and if my ideal was not realistic, they would suggest their valuable opinion. For instance, Ivan had spotted some error done by one of the contractors and immediately informed me on this. He requested the contractor to redo all the work which I am impress by his professionalism.

Reliability, trustworthy, timeline and budget. A reliability and trustworthy of a ID would determine the quality of the work and end result. Letting ID know about your budget and timeline would avoid any misunderstanding between you and ID. This would allow ID to plan their work and to work within your busget.

Very responsible and dedicated. Provides valuable and professional opinion that is very practical and good outcome. Ivan is very patient and attentively listen before giving any suggestion to meet our needs and budget. His vast experience really brought up the design and concept that matches to our preference. This was my second home that was designed and renovated by Ivan. The first one was 5 years ago and along the years a number of my friends and relatives renovation were also carried out by him.

It is important to find a reliable and trustworthy ID and contractor. The after sales is extremely important too. Ivan is flexible but yet work closely to meet the timeline and requirements. Every work complete was carefully inspected by himself and he would remedy it if things are not in the right place. It very important to find someone that follow up not just before and during renovation but also after completion.

Yes, Ivan is a very responsible I.D. He always make sure that he gets all the thing done as per what he has proposed in his design. In the event that there is any flaw in the construction of the house, he always make sure that he spots them before I do. Since my first home, I have engaged Ivan’s service through a family member’s recommendation. Since then, I have used his service many times for homes and offices and he has always ensure that things are done up properly. He always ensure that he lets me see the design and discuss in detail what me and my husband like before we proceed for the works to be done. Very happy with his service and great ides.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

Price is not the main concern, I think it is important that the I.D. provides quality workmanship and what was proposed in the design. I have renovated homes and it is important that the I.D. knows what you want and also let you know the constraints of concepts and ideas you have. The timeline and responsiveness is of essence and a good I.D. will always ensure they keep to them. If you already have someone trustworthy, it is better to keep to the same I.D. Otherwise, getting a few quotes may help. But ultimately price is just a small component as it is important that the I.D. keeps the whole process of renovating as hassle free and simple as possible. Renovating can be quite tiring so it is important to get someone trustworthy and responsible like Ivan from Art Adance.

Yes, I would recommend this ID to others. I have not work with other ID so I don't know how other ID works. I was introduced to Art Advance by my cousin and after talking to Stacey and Ivan, I feels that they understand what I want. They are very responsible and responsive. I hardly find any mistake in the renovation and no flaws at all. They are also very accommodating with all the last min changes I want to the design. Most importantly, the price quoted are very reasonable. I have heard many awful news about other ID and I am glad that I used Arts Advance, nothing to worry throughout the whole renovation.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

Work with an ID that you are comfortable with. Ask for timeline given and estimated time the renovation will complete because there might be some rectification needed even after renovation. Make a few trips down to your renovating house to take a look at the progress so any error can be made to correct almost immediately. As for budget wise, if you have a tight budget, remember to let your ID know in advance, rather than keeping mum and have to cut cost halfway through.

Arts Advance is reliable and honest. Provides good service and follow-up on the renovation. I did not have to worry and regularly check on them. Instead they keep me updated on a regular basis. Also provides good and pratical advice. They also assist in communicating with HDB as my flat was undergoing HIP program. I did not have to contact HDB contractor and they took care of all aspects of the renovation. Outcome of renovation is better and expected.

My advise to future homeowners are there are a lot of decisions to make during renovation time. Need to be clear about what you want and communicate with the ID/ contractor.

Yes, I will strongly recommend Stacey to future homeowners. She is a responsible, personable, trustworthy and with good after sales services lady. I don't have to worried on my renovation job during my holiday, she provide me with prompt updated, photos through whatapps on the latest work progress. I appreciated her effort and time through the entire renovation process. Overall the work done in good workmanship, meet my needs and requirement and handover to me on time.

First, set a budget before you looking for ID. Choose an ID you feel comfortable with, so that you can communicate well with them. Choose an ID who understands your needs and requirement. Be prepared you may facing problems during renovation time, you must work close with them, find suitable solution to get the job done. Be prepared for any touch up work after handover.
