Do workout a realistic budget and set more budget to ensure best workmanship for your renovation. Lastly, work with your designer on the timeline to ensure smooth renovation.

Renovation cost is reasonable, site supervisor Lennon is very responsible and constantly update me on the renovation progress. Also, I can have a peace of mind knowing Lennon is handling the work and hence, our handover schedule is very punctual.

My advice to future homeowners is that you must have a meeting with your designer to decide the scope of work to be done for your house. Narrow down to the essential things needed for the renovation and agree in unison with your ID. It is also important that the ID company is reliable & responsible. Therefore, making a pre-assignment of your preferred designer is recommended.
