Would you recommend this Interior Designer and why?

Both our designer, Sophia, and Project Coordinator, Sean were accommodating and professional. They were able to make changes to the design plans to suit our tastes, As with all renovation projects, not everything will be smooth sailing but what we like about Sean and Sophia is that they are able to think on their feet, are responsive and could offer alternatives while still incorporating our budget and theme. Guests who visited our home often sing praises on how cosy our place is. Thumbs up to D'Esprit.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

Bear in mind that hiccups are bound to happen along the way, Give time allowance for that and be prepared to make alternative choices. Keep your cool and communication between you and the designer and project coordinator is key.

As me and my wife are sort of practical person, we look into design and material which require less maintenance and of cost price must be relatively low. We would like to advise new home owner to find out more with the designer on the potential future maintenance problem such as stain issue on using of transparent silicon on wet area etc.

Would you recommend this Interior Designer and why?

She listens with interest and understand our requirements well. Make recommendations to our ideas if she finds our ideas may not be suitable to the overall outlook ot the design, ur course, she will provide the pros and cons. Overall, l am very satisfy with her design. The Project Manager constantly update me with the progress of the renovation. Very pro-active follow up from him.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

Before selecting or visiting the IDs, first got to think of a theme which both the couple agrees. Select the finishing color (some variations) of the carpentry work to give the designer a feel of what you would expect. Provide the timeline of when you would expect your furniture to be installed, any requirements for installation of CCTV, digital lock, window grills etc...As you may want these activities to be within the same time or renovations, of course, the date you expect to be moving in.
