HomeRenoGuru: How did you come to engage ID Avenue to renovate your home?
Rose: She was recommended by a friend.
Dennis: At that time, because it was our first time to do a renovation, we wanted to look around so we met a lot of IDs. But Zann was the only one who gave us the assurance that she could deliver, because she was the only one who could draw and illustrate what we wanted. Her price was also quite reasonable, and another factor was we had a very tight timeline, which Zann was able to meet.
Rose: Most importantly, we felt comfortable with Zann from ID Avenue.
HomeRenoGuru: What was your brief to Zann?

Rose: Our brief to Zann was that we wanted something simple, clean and modern.
Dennis: We were looking at monochromatic colours, ranging from white, black and grey.
HomeRenoGuru: What are your favourite parts of your renovated home?
The TV feature wall encloses abundant storage space
Dennis: My favourite part of the house is the living room. I like how the TV feature wall and the storage comes together as one. Zann was able to provide us a solution to hide all our gadgets so that it looks clean and neat. I also like the mirror, which enhances the living room and makes the space look bigger.

Rose: We got ID Avenue to remodel our whole kitchen because I wanted more space to keep all my kitchen stuff.

Dennis: Our advice to those people who want to do renovations, aside from knowing your budget, keeping to it and knowing what you want, the most important thing is to be comfortable with your ID.
