- Design Profession’s standard package includes the fabrication and installation of L-box ceilings, made from gypsum board, for the living and dining area, and false ceilings for the foyer and passageway. Plumbing works include the extension of inlet and outlet pipes for the kitchen sink, together with labour for the installation of the owner’s bathroom accessories, storage heater, kitchen sink and tapware. Solid plywood kitchen cabinets feature laminate finish, a solid surface top, ABS-trimmed doors, a stainless steel dish drainer and premium Blum soft-closing hinges. Unlike many standard packages, this one includes electrical works for the creation of 10 lighting points and the installation of lights in the bedrooms, kitchen and toilets. Painting works use top quality Nippon Paint emulsion paint.
