Although they have given a work schedule to the homeowner, but the homeowners to better request a details schedule to ensure work goes more smoothly and own arrangement.

Yes. Tim & Winstar has great patience. Even on special requests that he has no knowledge on, thhe will go the extra mile to find out from other sources to get their views instead of turning down my request straight away. Was recommended to Noble by a friend who has her house renovation done by Tim previously. Being the first unit that I owned, myself & wife-to-be wanted Tim to be main ID for this renovation to ensure that the outcome will be a great one. The design selection stage took quite some time as there are designs changes along the way. Not that the initial designs are not good, it is just that we want to try some designs that more out of the box and some designs & requests that Tim may have not done before also. It is very fortunate that Tim is very patient & open minded and he handled our special requests very well. He even give his views to better those requests. Communication is always there. Updates on the renovation with photos are sent to us frequently. In terms of workmanship of the workers needs improved. They have the skills but they tend to work on their own instead of consulting Tim when they are in doubt. All rertifications are done right after surfaced. We are happy with the overall outcome of the renovation even thought it actually exceedes our initial budget.

Getting a correct ID for the house renovation is important. The ID will be a great help to the house owner by doing all the necessary coordination, planning & monitoring for you.

Yes. Thanks Winstar, our designer, for making our new house a comfortable place to live in. Due to the specifications of the theme (Scandinavian/country), Winstar took length to conceptualise what we wanted and spent tremendous time to make alternations and the many late nights of discussion. In terms of the quality and price, it is clear without any hidden cost. What they promise, they will deliver even if it eats into their own cost. The service rendered is of utmost standard and I fully recommend Winstar as a professional ID to design your dream house.

You need to know what you want and the budget you are willing to fork out.

Yes. Our renovation experience with Noble interior and Winstar/Cassie was excellent. Due to our rental issue our timeline for renovation completion was very strict and luckily Winstar managed the renovation to be done in the given deadline. Loved the design and concept given by Cassie and Winstar. To add on there were no additional costs incurred (other then the initial quotation) . We decided on noble after comparing several companies and there quote was most reasonable. Would strongly recommend them to my friends and familiar people.

Be clear on what your requirements are and let ur designer know what your timeline is so that they can help u accordingly.

Yes. Very professional. We had difficulty finding someone to take up our job because it was probably small. We needed to refurbish our bathroom and some quotes that came in were ridiculous. Winstar readily took it up and was very professional throughout. We didn't burn a hole in our pocket like we thought we would and the workmanship was nowhere near average, it was great! Winstar was patient, meticulous and great throughout. Definitely my best experience with an ID company. Nothing shoddy, nothing dodgy. Superb!

Yes. We get to know Winstar and Jiamin to be our consultant and ID. We have a good experience working with our designers. They are very friendly and understand our design concept with prompt follow up. They are very friendly and efficient, always response promptly to our requirements. We are very happy with the services provided by Noble Interior Design. We are very satisfied with their interior design based on our concept and expectations. The service and workmanship quality such as false ceiling, carpentry, wiring and lightings installation, as well as the materials provided are within our expectations. We will definitely recommend Noble Interior Design to our friends!

Knows your preferred design concept, and discuss with your designer with some sample of the design concept so that they will have a better understanding of your design preferences.

Winstar knows his work and will listen to his client requirement. Winstar and his team given us the very good experience we can ever ask for. He not only give us his professionalism for the renovation, he also understand the need and want from us. He will always stand at customer point of view and also make sure things turn out to be what we want. He always makes sure that the final product of the house is to what we expected and plan. If things is not to the requirement he will not hesitate to redo the whole things even if it a double work.

Yes, definitely, the styling and design is modern, practical, use to maintain. Finishing is also tip top, top notched;) Tim and Cassie had helped me in the second half of 2018, to conceptualise and attend to my renovations for my 2 bedder unit at Sims Urban Oasis. Both were very attentive and patient to my needs. Tim went thru with me the design concepts on serveral ocassions (at my request) and Cassie assisted in overseeing the execution, colour coordination and dealings with the contractors. Wood Workmanship and finishing were very detailed. I was very happy and impressed with all the little thoughtfullness and details. Cassie was also very reassuring thoughout the renovation period. I am very pleased and satisfied and definitely look forward to use Noble interior designs again if the need arises in future;)

Take time to meet and blend in with the team at noble. Before that, good to also have a working budget in mind, be open to new suggestions and ideas, colour concepts ;)

Yes. Tim/Hui Fang are very careful in their work and never push fault away. The designers are very patient and cater to our needs. They will also provide suggestions and solution if there are issue onsite and will try their best to solve it without pushing the fault away. Very good experience and will sure recommend to others. Workmanship is satisfactory although not perfect but they will come back to help even after handover. No issue with the renovation. They will come down to the site to ensure all in order and advice owner on the spot what is following next.

Yes. Value for money. Professional services. The overall renovation experience is good. Regina is a very experienced designer. She’s able to come up with good design that meet our requirements and optimized the design after taking measurements. She always responds promptly to our queries and works efficiently. The whole renovation process takes only about 5 weeks. Touch up work was done quickly upon request. I’ll recommend her to my friends.

Yes. Tim is very responsible and trustworthy guy. He has been awesome and responsible. He ensured that the renovation was completed within our very tight deadline even though we approached him in very last minute manner. After handover, he has put the effort that there were no further issue left. In terms of the design, lots of designers that we approached earlier was not able to build as per what we want, but Tim managed to do so. Really appreciate his work.

"Yes, great advice, professional and excellent service.Project management - great project management. Was on a tight schedule to move and Noble plan everything to perfection including making arrangements for delivery of all my purchases. Really extremely helpful and you will not have to worry about anything. Design - Noble provides great modern designs for your consideration. When I have an idea and queried on possibilities and practicality, they provided great advice and samples to help me visualise. Result is a design I really liked and also practical and easy to maintain. Cost - am very happy with the project being within my Budget and looking great. Materials used looks great and workmanship is good. Overall - extremely happy with the renovation and the end results. Also project was on time and had a great Chinese New Year in my new home. Noble has done an excellent job and is highly recommended.

Yes. Excellent and fantastic job! I have never been happier with the results of an interior designer and I have worked with others. She blended my existing furniture and Decor and the result was amazing. The work timelines were met and she worked well within our budget. Everyone was a joy to work with and We will not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone, good workmanship and worker are friendly and easy to communicate.

"Yes. Tim is a good listener and able to reply promptly and ideas. This is my fourth time engaging him. I am happy with the committment and punctuality of the appointments and works. The progress has been followed up. Defects have been rectified. Assistant is helpful and was able to provide idea on how to achieve my original concept. My first engagement was to renovate my newly condo. The workmanship was good. Then I recommended to my mother who renovated her kitchen cabinet. Few years ago, I added a platform bed and now I renovated my daughter's room. It was not cheap as mentioned in their website but I will not compromised quality and follow-up."

Yes. The designer is able to give us the feel that we want. The design has been very patient very helpful. We didn’t have much time for renovation and we managed to complete the reno in a short time and move in on time.

Known what you want but allow for flexibility. Be open to new ideas. Communicate timeline clearly. Find a reputatable ID and trust your designer .

I was impressed with the design and concept presented to me by Regina and Soe. They understood what I wanted from the first meeting and were able to meet our tight timeline. They were always there to respond to our queries and gave good suggestions on the furniture and lighting selections. There was good coordination with the vendors and they ensured that our house was ready to be moved in when we came back from overseas. Regular updates were given on the progress of the renovation and we are very pleased with the end results. Thank you.

Seek consultation from several Interior Designers and choose the one who is willing to listen and able to meet your requirements. Work with someone who you are comfortable with and whom you can trust. Ask questions if not sure and do your own research before signing up.

Tim Tian is a very responsible and responsive ID that is very dependable. He can be contacted at ALL times and that is very important for keeping to the tight timeline for handover. Cost-wise, he will always make suggestions to try to keep the cost within our budget. What is most important is that he always step in to ensure that every detail is in order. We felt that that Noble Interior Design is definitely high on CP value in terms of quality and price.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

Firstly be comfortable with the ID that you intend to work with as the chemistry is very important. Secondly, have in mind what design you want and your ID can give further ideas to improve them and of course keep within the desired design budget!

Definitely will recommend to others as the designer is in good service and provides true information. He will not suggest unnecessary design to clients. He will try to solve all the space constraint problem to us. We have lots of space storage in the house. He creates a home for us.

Yes. Tim is extremely patient to listen to our requirements. The designs and concept he presented to us is not just nice but most importantly, it is very practical. The quality of his finishing is also very good and it makes us feel assured that our carpentry work can last for a long time. Post renovation, Tim is also very prompt in rectifying any issues which we highlighted which made us very happy with the post sale service which we received from Noble Interior Design. We also feel very assured of the quality with the 5 years warranty which we received from Noble.

When comparing ID companies, it is important to ask and pay attention to details like what kind of soft closings will be used in the carpentry, if the internal cabinet is coloured or white(obviously I will go for coloured for easier maintenance), if the internal shelves can be height adjustable using tracks or simply drill holes to insert the support...Using quality products goes a long way so you do not need to keep repairing or renovating every few years...
