Would you recommend this Interior Designer and why?

Yes. Good workmanship. Wood works for the build in cabinets in the kitchen and master bedroom are done beautifully and good craftsmanship. The wet works (ie tiles, toilets, kitchen floor tiles, etc) has very good workmanship. No problem of hollow or defects.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

Quality workmanship. Mr Richard Soon is very helpful and is critical to details. He gives practical advise on the design and ensure that the design will last with time

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

Bear in mind to work closely with your interior designer to Ensure everything is of your expectations. Example our Budget was between 35-40K, Mr Richard will recommend the materials within our budget & also showed us afew designs for our consideration. We had afew meet ups with him before our renovation officially starts.

Would you recommend this Interior Designer and why?

Yes. Mr Richard Soon is a very helpful contractor. He is detailed in all aspects and will resolve any problems that I had encounter. He is also efficient in completing the renovation on time. He gave the assurance that he will be around most of the time to personally supervise the work being done. The timeline he gave for the completion is also much earlier than expected. Initially, I found that the price is abit costly, but once the work was finished, I had no complains at all. Totally satisfied and happy with it.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

If there is any doubt, can get Mr Richard Soon to give you ideas. He had plenty of ideas as he is in this line for many years. I believe that all timeline for renovations are at least 2-3 months. Don't rush the contractor or some job may not be done to what you expect. You can contact him on his mobile phone anytime and he will definitely reply or call you. The quality workmanship is superb.

Yes. Richard offers many years of industrial experience. He always follows up whenever you leave him a message. He is very responsible and efficient. He gets changes done within a few days. He also offers practical advice which sometimes become more important than the design itself.

Plan the budget in advance. Have a good design concept and work with the interior design together instead of letting them take the lead all the time so that you can control the eventual outcome.

Yes, I will recommend because of following reasons: 1) They respond to customer's inquiries and requests very fast; 2) They show responsibility, sincerity and honesty, so give customer greater confidence; 3) Their prices are reasonable with no hidden costs.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

1) It will be better to get quotations from several design firms and to compare. 2) When renovation work starts, it will be better the owner could spend some time to be present on the spot as far as possible. Otherwise, mistakes may happen. For example, when doing house painting work, the worker brought wrong paint. 3) Renovation works may delay because of various reasons, so it will be better to start earlier and allow for unforeseen circumstances.
