- Smart Lock and 2021 Annual giveaway set is limited to one set per renovation project and only with projects above SGD $30,000 signed with HRG's recommended Interior Designer Firms.
- Installation and After-Sales Service are not included and not HRG’s responsibility.
- HRG only provides the free set and is not liable for any faults or any product failure, or any liability seen or unforeseen.
- Collection of all free gifts will be from HRG's office and no exchanges are allowed.
- Each set will be issued according to the floor plan submitted online and one set per floor plan.
- Home owner's photos may be taken upon gift collection and used for marketing purposes.
- HRG reserves all rights and HRG’s decisions are final.
- Whilst stock lasts.
- Additional sets can be purchased separately.
