Yes, of course! Patient and will give solution when come to issue happened. Fast fixed responsible project leader, always follow up on issue that has been raised until it been resolved. Work within your budget! I had just recommened a friend to James for renovation

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

Designer must be open to listen to homeowner design ideas and counter propose if the ideas do not suit the design theme, functionality or practicality of the house. Ensure all costs are clearly stated. Choose designer with years of experience as they will be able to provide solution for impromptu situation. Designer must be able to respond or call back within 4 hours when there is a missed call.

Yes. Tommy is understanding and accommodating . He is flexible in changing the design as per request and meeting us for discussion beyond office hours.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

Plan ahead, communicate on electrical points and piping (water) carefully beforehand. Have a theme and colour scheme in mind so that it is easier to choose the materials and fixtures. Check out more options before making final selection.

Would you recommend this Interior Designer and why?

Our home design is more ethnic and tropical design. Ths living room has a heavier furniture concept with a chandelier. At fhe same time, it has all the modern gadgets - a home theater system that is linked to dvd, cable tv, network drive, notebook dock, apple tv etc and linked to TV and projector. The kitchen conceot is all encompassing with every kitchen and laundery equipment under one room.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

The experience has been very good with 9 Degrees, in particular with Mr. james He has helped us with design and his execution is flawless he is alsways very pleasant and cheerful and can make any modifications without any complaints. Any problems post completion, he will rectify without seeking any additional charges. overall our exoeience is good.
