Project Description
Rachel Li is an interior designer based in Paya Lebar Branch who recently completed a stunning project at a 4-bedroom condominium located at 77 East Coasts. The project was completed in just 8 weeks, and the client was a family of 3 who wanted a modern interior design style with extra storage and space for guests. The design needed to be both functional and stylish.
Rachel Li's approach to the project was to create an extraordinary design that would maximize the use of space in the condo. The overall style of the interior design was modern, with clean lines, neutral colors, and plenty of natural light. The design included several unique features, such as custom-built storage solutions, multi-functional furniture, and clever use of space-saving techniques.
The main focus of the project was to create a functional living space that would accommodate the family's needs, as well as providing ample space for guests. Rachel Li achieved this by carefully selecting furniture and decor that were both functional and stylish. For example, the living room featured a large sofa that could be converted into a guest bed, while the dining room had a built-in bench that provided extra seating and storage.
The renovation budget for the project was $50,000, and Rachel Li was able to stay within this budget while still creating a stunning design that exceeded the client's expectations.
