Engaged Joash Ng for our resale 3 bedders. Out of the 3 quotes received, Joash provided the most detailed and transparent pricing. I think this is very important in order to avoid unnecessary disputes upon payment. Joash also managed to complete the renovation within a tight deadline of 10 weeks in this period of manpower crunch. It was smooth sailing from start of planning, to execution then towards completion. Highly responsive and always available to answer calls and queries, or some other requests not stated in the contracts. He also try to help to suggest the most cost-effective ways to get things done too. Grateful for Joash's professionalism and dedication in ensuring a smooth handover. My wife and I have shortlisted a few IDs and decided to engage Liz Ng from Oxley Bizhub 2. Having gone through home renovation before, we have certain expectation of the ID and Liz met all of them. Firstly, Liz is very attentive to our requirements and will always respond to our queries promptly (within 1-2 hours). Secondly, she will quickly resolved any issues surfaced during the renovation and get her team members to rectify any defects during the handover period. The before and after sales service are very good. Thirdly, Weiken has a dedicated project/site manager to support the ID which allows the ID to fully attend to the customers (us) while ensuring the renovation goes smoothly. This arrangement differentiate themselves against many ID companies out there. As a satisfied customer, I will definitely recommend Liz to my friends and relatives who are looking for a reliable ID for their home renovation. Kudos to Liz and her team!

I am very satisfied with the service that Weiken gave me when I took them on to refurbish my 28 year old kitchen and toilets through their dedicated Interior Designer, Hazlin Isahak. Hazlin was a god-sent as she was very patient with me. I am completely clueless with interior designing and had never been involved much with one before.. hence her patience in listening to my many scatter brain ideas and change of minds helped me a lot in understanding the process and implications of some of my suggestions. Hazlin was also very proactive and innovative in suggesting the designs that would or would not work for me and my family. I find her sincerity in helping her clients and sense of commitment to her job, very touching, refreshing and definitely a huge relief to me. Despite my family's impatience in wanting the job done faster (this was during Covid pandemic) she had never once lost her cool or be rude to any of us. Instead, she took the trouble to explain in detail the process and why it could not be rushed to our satisfaction. She impressed me with her incredible patience and professionalism. To say that we are satisfied with the work done, is an understatement. We are in love with our kitchen and 2 toilets.. and so were our guests who visited us. We are over the moon with the work she has provided for us. A huge shout out to Steven, the Supervisor, who also showed us such understanding and commitment to this project. At the end of it all, we are ecstatic with hiring Weiken. Eventhough they are a little more expensive than a few others we had earlier checked out, I guess the proof is in the pudding. Our renovation journey is coming to an end, and we would like to commend ID Emily Neo. Emily has been very thorough throughout the design process, engaging us at strategic junctures to understand our needs and design preferances. The renovation has turned out the way we envisaged. she has also taken the extra mile to change the colour of our rms after they had been painted because they turned out stronger than what we saw in the paint brochure, and when a crack developed in my wall mirror after my electrician (sourced by myself) installed a wall socket, Emily managed to get the damaged mirror taken down (not sure how they did that) and replaced at a very reasonable cost. In the final check before handover, she was actually more meticulous than I am. Greatly appreciate her service.

Although Ken appeared to be quiet, he was very on the ball for all things and would ensure that contractors fulfilled their tasks and services accordingly. Engaged Joel as the ID for my home renovation. I appreciated his prompt response to our queries/issues raised. He was experienced in resolving the challenges that arose and were able to offer alternative solutions. Joel helped to oversee the renovation works and liaised well with the various contractors to get the work completed. While it took longer than expected to complete the renovation (due to CNY + Covid restrictions), I was happy with the final look of the space. My kids loved it as well. We decided to engage Joel for our house renovation as he is very detail in the proposed design and put in a lot of effort for all the measurement during the selection phase. Even though the total time spend to complete the renovation was longer than expected (partly due to CNY period and Covid restriction), we were happy with the final result esp the carpentry works was of good workmanship. Highly recommend our ID Yin Jye! Our project was delayed due to covid which led to a 2 year renovation journey with our ID. We made a lot of changes over the course but Yin Jye has been the most patient and responsive throughout! She has good design sense and attentive to details, clear in giving prompt constructive and professional advices while ensuring our preference is heard. On top of that, she has very good working relationship with ground workers which is heartening to see. We had our old home renovated by a snr designer of Weiken 13 years ago, similarly for my sister’s 2 homes. We had good experiences back then and in terms of service and workmanship. Knowing our previous designer who left years back, we decided to walk-in Weiken again last Dec after we collected our keys and was served by Snr designer Joel. He was patient to hear us of our design request and expectation of timelines, knowing that my kids had to be separated from my husband for 6 months during the interim from sale of our own home, plus Dec Jan was tough to find workers for reno. He ensures works commence immediately after CNY and completed almost within 2 months. His communication and responses were very swift and prompt and at times almost immediate. Last but not least, our new home is beautifully done within our budget and both our kids love it! (Especially both strato feature walls ) Weiken did not fail us 13 years ago, it definitely didn’t 13 years later

We were recommended to Nicholas Neo by a friend so we had some expectations to begin with. After working with Nic, we finally understood why our friend had no qualms with his recommendation! Though young, Nic is very experienced and had very functional design suggestions for the unit which was meant for my elderly mum. But hearing a lot of scary stories of how friends had problems with theirs made me quite anxious when looking for one to do up my house I found Jake after looking for ID companies online. It turned out to be a blessing for me. Jake is responsible, responsive, accommodating, patient and extremely professional. You can count on him to rectify any, even those faults that you are not aware of, if he spots one. He sees from his creative lens that the design should be as such, but he never forced his ideas on us. He listened and made things work. He can be counted on to respond to us quickly too. From that first call, I was able to identify that he would be the designer I’d want to work with simply because he displayed honesty, transparency and patience in managing all my queries. Because of his experience, he is able to anticipate common design/ reno issues and suggest solutions and avoid running into these problems- thus helping stick to the project timeline. He has a reliable team of contractors with good quality work- especially electrical and carpentry. We engaged Wei Yan to design and project manage our BTO. Even though WY is fairly new to the industry, his level of professionalism is commendable. Particularly, we appreciated the space saving ideas he proposed at the beginning of our renovation. There is bound to be hiccups in every reno project. However, even amidst the challenges, WY remained honest and did not make any empty promise. With more experience managing vendors, we are certain WY will become an effective contributor within his field. As we have not moved in to our unit yet, we are unable to comment much about the quality of the subcon’s workmanship. We are glad that even though it was pandemic period, majority of the milestones were met and there were no major supply chain or manpower issues that we encountered.

I had engaged Yin Jye for my renovation, Starting from the consultation, she took down every single detail that I had mentioned that I was looking for in my initial design. I can say this because I was genuinely impressed at the initial design that she showed me as it was evident that she had taken into consideration most, if not all, the pointers that I had raised during our initial meeting to understand my requirements. Proceeding on to the development of the sketches and details, she worked closely with me to get every detail down to a science, taking into consideration, logic, daily ease of use, experience, alternative choices and their pros and cons as well as aesthetics to match both my requirements, expectations and the reality of things. The end product was definitely not a cookie cutter one. Every step of the way she was extremely responsive, offering her guiding opinions while taking into consideration my preferences and objectives. Upon finalization of the design, she took the time to go through with me every detail of the project, ensuring that I was satisfied with the design, and any part where I was hesitant she would lay out to me all the different options together with the pros and cons so that I may make an informed decision. The Construction itself was smooth, where Yin Jye herself would manage the project and ensure that it was done up to a satisfactory standard herself. She was well involved throughout the the renovation process and would kept me updated on the progress as well as any other decisions that should be made. At the end of it all she walked through the house with me and any rectifications was promptly settled by her without any delay. The Carpentry team involved in my project which I had the pleasure to work with during the more intricate carpentry designing and fabrication was extremely professional and approachable, and never hesitated in explaining to me all of my queries, promptly addressing any concerns that I have had. They never once lamented about any additional requests that I may have had and always came with a smile. It was truly enjoyable working with them. Throughout the project, she has displayed immaculate attention to detail, has been consistently very responsive replies, demonstrated that she has listened with great attention to any comments or requirements I have put forth, taken personal responsibility on the oversight of the entire project. Our heartfelt thanks to ID Kiwi Lim for helping to transform our old 28 year abode into a completely new, elegant and cozy home. Throughout this project, Kiwi put in a lot of time and effort, patiently finetuning his vision and ideas with our own perspectives to come up with the design proposal that met our needs in terms of look, practicality and budget. He has a very keen eye with lighting, and was able to offer good and honest advice on material and accessory selection with his knowledge and experience in this industry. Kiwi also worked hard in the backend operations, coordinating with suppliers and contractors to ensure work on site is done as seamlessly as possible. One or two hiccups in such a large project is sometimes unavoidable but Kiwi is always on hand to get the issue solved with minimal inconvenience. I strongly recommend Weiken.com for your renovation needs. First time buy over a resale flat and I approached ID Nicholas for the a quotation. Not only is he knowledgeable and friendly, he is also honest, and even give sincere advises. As most people do, we compare prices from a few different companies. Price wise, they are one of the most reasonable ones, worked within my budget, and also able to deliver within the time frame agreed. While the project took longer than expected largely due to COVID and the lack of workers, he was always attentive and do his best to make the necessary arrangement. Brendan is extremely meticulous and conscientious, working with him was a breeze. I would like to thank our designer Eugene Xing for refurbishing my flat. Eugene was professional, responsive, and patient. He presented several designs to give us more ideas for better utilizing the small space. He provided the timeline with details steps to help us understand the process. When mistakes happened (probably inevitable in every renovation, and some were from our side), he coordinated with different teams and solved the problems as soon as possible. I hired a well known renovation company for my jumbo flat . They started all the hacking , cement work. They had subcontractors whom they could not get timely reno works done due to pandemic, they had many projects but not enough manpower. Two months into the reno works , suddenly , the ID drop a bomb. their factory cannot do our carpentry works , feature walls , built in wardrobes. We were devastated, we are an extended family already were living in a small rented flat as our flat buyer did not give us an extension but our seller needed 2 months extension. We did a research online , and we found Chloe of IMM .She was truly a Superhero for our family. We needed to move in in 30 days as our rental contract of 6 months was to expiry in 30 days. I was apprehensive that Weiken could do it in 30 days without compromising on Quality. Chloe reassured us her company has their own sub- contractors and she can do it.. While we were looking for ID for our new place, I chanced upon a post in Facebook showcasing a home renovation designed by Liz Ng. Both of us liked what we saw and went into the Weiken’s website to look for her portfolio to see more of her designs. End up she was one of the few IDs which we were considering. She was the last ID in our list for first appointment. Our first appointment went well with us sharing our ideas while she able to offer her idea to match with ours. It was a 2 way discussion and she’s able to understand what and how we would like our new place to be. After the first drawing, we decided to make changes to one of the walls, she was not only able to include our ideas into the design but made improvement on it that it blend into the design seamlessly though it was of a different theme. End result, many had commented that that wall look like a piece of art. Throughout the renovation, she kept us updated on the timeline and progress with text and photos. And she was responsive whenever we asked her for opinion on the choice of furniture or home accessories even during weekends. She was also helpful in liaising with contractors which was not engage through her. As ours is a new development, few of our neighbours commented that their home renovation was disrupted/ delayed due to shortage of manpower, we were lucky that it did not happened to us. When we began shortlisting IDs, we had a good idea of the look and feel we were going for, but we wanted someone who would be able to refine the designs until we got exactly what we wanted. I had a very pleasant experience with Senior Designer Jessie. Engaged her at first with quite a ridiculously low budget to renovate our 4R resale unit (given that we had quite alot of things we want to do hahaha) but she is very humble & still give us 100% attention & effort to work something out for us. Her attention to details & sense of aesthetics is of another level. She will take care of things we overlooked & got it rectified immediately even if its the smallest smallest defect. Her respect for her job & going through that extra mile to make sure everything is as perfect as she can achieve is something we are very impressed about. Jessie is a very friendly & patient lady. Part II - Design phase and selection of materials You get 3 chances for your 3D renders; Liz made that clear during the selection phase. First iteration is based on what you imagined and communicate to the ID what your house will look like, 2nd iteration to make changes to what didn't came out as imagined and final iteration to reflect your selection of colours and materials. With the initial renders out, it's time to go shopping for materials. Materials here refers to essentials such as kitchen sink, toilet sink, shower set & accessories, curtains, smart home switches and the likes. These are not included in the reno quote in case anyone is wondering. Liz has a working relationship with the supplier she recommends and you can see that their rapport is very good. In due diligence, I've researched and checked that the prices are all fair and competitive, so I was contented to buy most of the items from the recommended vendor, except for a few specific items which they don't carry (e.g. my ceiling fan / lights) and certain appliances which I wanted to buy elsewhere (washing machine, fridge, hob and hood etc). Part III - During the renovations and final outcome Arranged and went on-site the very next day I collected my keys. Liz brought along the electrician. Based still on the 2nd 3D render, we quickly got the electrical works sorted out. Peng (the electrician) was very thorough and was also very quick and responsive to accomodate to changes and provide quotation. Very efficient. Despite the covid situation, my reno duration didn't really take that long. There was a slight delay in getting some of the intermediate work done, but it wasn't in the critical path and thus didn't affect the overall schedule. Another benefit of buying most of the materials from the recommended supplier is she seamlessly arranged to have the items come in when it is required. All very timely and again efficient. Liz communicated timely to me about the schedule of work planned and I get to time exactly when to get my furniture and other barang barangs in. Everything moved according to clockwork and before the final handover, I already had 75% of my stuffs brought in. Small defects were quickly fixed in the same day as handover. And in no time, with the auspicious date picked (a week later), I moved in. The outcome? See for yourself in the pictures (taken on the day of handover). I'm very pleased with how it all turned out. Due to character limitations, many details were omitted. Hopefully through this limited sharing, it helps with your own reno journey. All the best!

Thanks to Eva, our competent and efficient Interior Designer, we completed our carpentry, plumbing and marble floor repair and polishing works. Eva provided us good professional advise and various carpentry design, colour and material options for our kitchen cabinet, living room and study. She coordinates with our other contractors on schedule and works requirements. She is always helpful and acts quickly to resolve any potential issues arising. Planning for a renovation can be a hassle hence, me and my wife decided to engage an ID. We went to several ID firms before deciding on one and finally decided to go with Weiken.com. We engaged Alfred Chua to assist us with the renovation and it was probably the best choice we had done. The draft presented was what we have in mind and the quote was within our budget. The whole renovation process, including buying of furnitures and lightings, Alfred always makes the effort to accompany and advise us. Soon after receiving the keys to our home, renovation started promptly. However, due to MCO in Malaysia, there was a shortage of materials therefore, causing a delay in the renovation process. Nevertheless, this information was informed to us promptly and constant assurance was given by Alfred to allay our anxieties. Communication was smooth and although may take a while at times, Alfred always makes the effort to either call back or reply our queries promptly. Even when there are instances where we are unable to receive a delivery or be present for a contractor, he will offer to receive it on our behalf. This is going beyond with what he already could have. Post renovation, whenever we have issues, he will assist us promptly and advise accordingly. This is unlike some IDs who will actually ignore their clients post renovation. From this, you can see his dedication towards the clients he have. I really like how she took care of everything, liaising with the different contractors to ensure that different problems were taken care of in a timely manner to meet the handover date. The review is to extend our appreciation to Mr David and design/installation team for their hard-work effort. As we foresee on the COVID 19 situation, we spent 8 months ahead in sourcing of quotations, we managed to received three return quotations. Only Mr David quotation presented the quotation with steps which included the work and design requested by us, without insertion of their design in mind attempting to reduce the quotation to look cheaper. Mr David has approached us in very high sincerity and professional manner, presenting the design work and a trip to Hafary (tiling company) in order to catch the idea of what we wanted in minimalistic design. Countless site meetup to confirm the measurement upon his recommendation. Alway heed advice from your ID as we insist on the wall hang toilet bowl which turn out unfixable in the end. The toilet bowl was replaced gradually with absorbed cost (re-installation charge) bear by Mr David. Free replacement of 180 degree hinges for our 1.5yr old daughter cupboard as she like to swing against the direction whiling reaching out for her toys. Due to implication of Covid-19 situation, the entire renovation had took about 4 months to completion. And along the way, we received numerous disturbance call from HDB and town council on regard on the noise complaint due our renovation work. Mr David has stepped up the call handling on behalf of us as well. An advice to new homeowners, please do communicate well with your ID especially late shipment on certain materials and external works (out of ID scope of work) due to COVID 19, so that work can preplan and execute accordingly. We worked with Lucas Ngan from Weiken for the renovation of our first home and definitely don't regret our decision to engage him over interior designers we met from other firms. Right from the start, Lucas impressed us with his first design sketch which managed to capture a lot of what we wanted from our initial brief. We were also able to see his designs and walk through the entire house in VR using his VR headset. Having the VR view of the completed house at design stage was a big bonus for us as it helped us explore adventurous design concepts on paper, and allowed us to make styling decisions easily with the VR as reference. Lucas is very knowledgeable as an ID and his designs are both beautiful and practical. Along the way, he was very open to our suggestions and needs, while still being professional and advising us against certain things which he thought were not practical. She was friendly, confident and knowledgeable in interior designing. She came up with very nice concepts within very short time and assured us that the renovation can be done within the timeline. Through the whole process, kiwi was very meticulous in following up to our needs. I wanted a home that is dark, handsome and cosy, like a boutique hotel. I didn't want the typical preferences, Scandinavian or Industrial. Our reno journey started during the Circuit Breaker, so most of our meetings with ID’s had to be done virtually. However as it was virtual, we were able to e-meet several IDs more than we could if we were to meet face to face. We’ve shortlisted quite a number of IDs who met some of our criteria such as creativity, good communication, time management and having good spatial awareness. With the list and after several meetings, we decided to go ahead with Liz Ng from Weiken. She not only stood out the most with her presentation and how she displayed strong spatial awareness but also her sincerity and passion in building our new home! Throughout our meetings, Liz clearly listens to our input of how we envision our home. We were quite impressed at her suggestions on our design between the living room and kitchen where non others had suggested. From the beginning, we already had a rough design and budget to stick to. Liz was good at balancing our wants and needs throughout the process and ensured that we didn’t stray too far from it while getting the home we wanted. We are quite particular and cautious in terms of how we want things done, especially after hearing and reading about all the horror stories from family and Social Media of irresponsible ID’s. We got so worried we even had a list of “things to check with our ID” to ensure everything was how we wanted. Yeah of course there were going to be several hiccups along the way ! We expected them but we’re also glad it was Liz who helped us manage them. Another reason we were glad we went ahead with Liz was when there were some concern about a few minor flaws and implemented designs that we believe most owners would’ve brush off. As it’s minor, it made us deliberate several times on whether to address them with Liz (Like we said, we’re particular). When we did, to our amazement, Liz not only rectified the flaws but also showed an understanding and care about it without any “shrugging off responsibilities” or pushing blames as what we read about. There were also times where we appreciated her assertive feedback on spatial allocation of our rooms and entryway against us being obstinate about it. We wanted more room for storage and had wanted to sacrifice elbowroom and legroom for it. We would definitely had regretted it if we insisted. To us, Liz Ng is not only a highly competent ID that understood and respected our vision of our home but also made us feel like she was on our side during the whole renovation process.

Jenny wang is certainly the BEST ID we have come across so far. We spoke to IDs from various firms for quotations and she stands out right from the start in terms of knowledge, patience & truthfulness. She doesn't take long into the project that she impressed me and my husband of her profession & honesty. She always prompts in getting back to our queries & ever so patience with our many questions. She even goes extra mile to meet our requests and flexible in coming up with options whenever we do the decision making. We truly have a peace of mind with jenny’s helping us on the various aspects of the renovation and to ensure that the project proceeded according to schedule. Thumbs up to jenny! Jenny wang from weiken tradehub branch was referred to me by my new BTO neighbour (finally she also take jenny as her ID),before meeting with jenny, We have already looked for 7-8 other IDs but at the end me and my husband still decided to go ahead with jenny immediately after we discussed with her at their IMM branch for the very first time, because we feel she can easily catch what we want and we like the design ideas she proposed to us based on our requirement quite a lot, furthermore, her quotation is very detailed and price is quite transparent and reasonable, during the 2 months time,the reno work was pretty swift and smooth. Jenny not only spent a lot of time design our whole house but also help me quite a lot for the selection of my furnitures,I was deeply impressed by how bold she mixed the different cols and materials in my new bto with my carpentry work, the wall painting ,the art piece and my carpet , sofa, etc. all the colours seems seamless form a space with different materials yet look very chic and tasteful. The after service was excellent too. We got bto in December. In mid-December, we found Nicholas after a friend's introduction. I saw that he introduced it well. I went back to think about it. The second time we met and signed a contract with him, I told him that because we were in a hurry, we had to We, it's better before the New Year, so he also helped us rush and help us draw pictures as soon as possible. In the middle of the day, I also have to revise the cabinet. Kudos and thanks to Evelyn Lau for a job well done. The concept for a blue-themed living area + dining while working with an irregularly-shaped and small area was challenging in all aspects. Evelyn rearranged the whole living-dining-common room configuration to incorporate a proper study/ bedroom (previously a convertible one), a luxurious living room with platform storage and a open concept dining hall. (Dining hall was a miserable, dark enclave in the original layout). As a friend commented, it’s an excellent use of space which is a major consideration for a CBD condo. The end result is an aesthetically pleasing, bright, open, spacious; both cozy and luxurious. Well done!

We chose jenny wang to do our new resale HDB renovation ,jenny is very pleasant to work with and her strengths are her patience, sincerity and her attention to details.she is very easy to communicate as well. she managed to complete the job within a tight timeline schedule, jenny was able to combine our practical needs with her creative design suggestions, she also has good taste in choosing the design elements in our project. the workmanship for the carpentry were excellent and any minor defects were quickly acted upon when we informed jenny. Jenny wang who is the senior designer from tradehub branch is the final ID stands out after comparing among a few IDs I met at the initial stage of my renovation, after the very first meeting up with jenny, she promptly got back to us with the quotation, we found she was different with all the other IDs that I have met, she was attentive, very detail orientation and we like her personality quite a lot as she is very nice ,easy going and we fell happy and comfortable to discuss with her not only for the renovation but other topics as well, she is very professional indeed, we immediately felt the "click" with her. We immediately sign the contract with her after receiving the quotation, when it come to the renovation, jenny took us through the selection of materials and laminate col and painting cols, we trust her a lot and we almost follow what she had suggested us for all the colours, and the result is amazing, she kept the aesthetics at the top of her mind all the while. I got to know Derrius Koh from my friend . I visited her renovated flat a year ago. It was tastefully renovated and so asked my friend to introduce Derrius , interior designer from Wei Ken to renovate my house too. Derrius came to my house on first visit and I shared with him my needs for full carpentry kitchen , hall , balcony and bedrooms renovation. With few words from him , he came up with his first 3D plan layout. I loved the first plan proposal with minor changes on plan and house renovation project started three weeks later . The carpentry project completed a month later in satisfying good workmanship. The contractors are conscientious at their work and shoulder responsibility when there are hiccups surfacing during the first week. They rectified it at the shortest time and we are satisfied with their final delivery. The house looks awed especially the feature wall that matches very well with my marble flooring and antique furnitures. My sister, friends and colleagues were very much impressed with my house new looks ! They said it is very beautiful and grand looking when I showed them photos taken after the house renovation . Indeed my house was delivered in a new look with a fresh touch of paint and oblivious to a very well received compliments and in great satisfaction from me and my family and those who have visited my house recently. I got to know Lucas thru his dad Mr Ngan who is so proud of his son's talent. My husband and I first met Lucas personally at his office, Weiken@TradeHub. With the plan layout provided, Lucas listened to our needs for a full kitchen renovation. We loved his first proposal, there was not much design modification need to be done. We didn't look for a 2nd quote as the price offer was quite reasonable. The project completed on time, taking 3 months in total as was informed to us. During the renovation, minor issues were settled upon our demands. My friends and colleagues said Nice and ‘Atas’ when I showed them the video taken. We just moved in our new house (resale flat) since late Feb 2021, we had chosen Weiken as our interior design. I highly recommend our ID designer Elaine Tan. We greatly appreciated for the nice and comfort house that you design for us. Creative & hardworking: Like most of the new homeowner, me and my wife went to several (at least Interior design firm to seek for their renovation ideas and requested for quotation. Spending time and making comparison between renowned firm and designer, hoping to find "The One" that I could entrust with my new house. We chosen Weiken out from all the other good firm and designer, as Elaine really stand out from all the other. Not only that she shared a lot good ideas that exceeded all our expectation, as a consumer you could really feel that she genuinely putting in a lot of passions and hard work in her preparation before showcasing her work. Great personality & service attitude: I cannot recalled how many times we had discussion with all the different Interior designer before and during circuit breaker (physically meet before CB and Zoom discussion during CB). We felt very comfortable and assuring while talking to Elaine, we never have the feeling of being pressurized to buy your product. She know her stuff and that gave us the confidence in her work. As this is the first time that we bought a new house, a lot of time we cannot make up our mind. Me and my wife seek a lot of idea from online (Pinterest etc) we started wanting this and we want that and kept changing of mind of the design numerous times with all the IDs. Elaine was the one that really patience and she help us build up a image of the dream house that we wanted. We actually felt quite sorry for her, as we kept making her change the design and show us various quotations. Weiken.com especially Yin jye and eva are the best combination you can ever find to design your house. They pay attention to details, provide creative and practical design and their followup service are fast and good even I fully paid the fee. Alot of ID will promise you heaven and give you hell. I can be sure they will only give you heaven without the hell that alot read or encounter before. Not to hard sell, but is ur lost not to use them. I would highly recommend Zach lee - senior designer for your renovation/ interior design works. Zach is very knowledgeable, creative with loads of ideas and most importantly patient with our requirements and reno works. ID: Hazel Tan (Oxley Bizhub Branch) The entire renovation process had been a very smooth and pleasant one, all thanks to our reliable and responsive ID, Hazel. We went to her without a concrete idea but just some basic requirements. She then spent some days getting to know every family member’s preferences and lifestyle before doing up a sketch + 3D drawings (that we were very pleased!). We felt that she really listened to us, knowledgeable in space & material planning, was upfront with her professional assessment and many a time offered suggestions to help us make more informed and cost-efficient decisions. She was very attentive to details too — like designing a table that caters to my daughter’s height, and a wardrobe with more spaces for dresses for my other daughter, all based on her own observation/interaction with us. She was also proactive in providing updates on the reno progress, and quick to rectify any issues that arise. Bonus points for delivering under an extremely tight schedule despite the circuit breaker manpower crunch. Even though our reno ended some months back, Hazel is still very responsive towards any minor defects that we raised. Thank you Hazel!

Definitely first choice to choose a great reputation big company like Weiken.com. In time of COVID, they completed my house renovation on time with enough manpower n supply. The ID I engaged was Derrius Koh, I found him while browsing Facebook. He does have many good reviews and rewards hence i decided to make an appointment to meet up with him. The first meet up was just a normal customer checking prices with the ID. Of cos, I did not sign anything after first meet up. After comparing a few ID, I decided to give Derrius a try. I gave him a call, to come down to have a look at the site, and give me an exact quotation. Without hesitation, or asking me if I will confirm the deal wif him, he came down to the site n have a look. This make me confirmed, this is the right person. From the renovation started till completion. Every details or requests I have told Derrius, he make sure all was done and his reply was prompt. This is extremely important to me because I have contacted a few ID, they either no reply or reply very late. Overall, it has been a very good experience with Derrius & weiken.com. Weiken prices maybe slightly higher than some places if you compared with individual contractors,but Weiken can deliver work on time especially in such period whereby many companies are facing shortage of manpower. Glad I have made the right choice!

We had a very positive experience with Weiken and our IDs Joel & Zach from the Tampines branch. In our initial ID selection process, we met with a variety of firms and Weiken stood out both in terms of expertise and ease to talk to and work with. Joel & Zach themselves have quite complementary perspectives and skillsets. During the design and renovation process, they were very professional and accommodating, and offered creative ideas that were well aligned with our design preferences. When it came to specific design choices, they were able to strike an ideal balance between giving us a good variety of options and proactively making recommendations. While the renovation work ended up getting delayed several months due to Covid, Joel & Zach proactively kept us up-to-date on expected timing in the interim and once renovations eventually kicked off. Given the difficulty in procuring the right resources during this period, coordinating the project was surely a monumental challenge. Nonetheless, they were extremely responsive to all of our questions and often went above & beyond in addressing our concerns and requirements. We are very satisfied with the end result and strongly recommend Joel & Zach to anyone looking to beautify their home.

It happened by chance that i walked in to Weiken without any appointment and attended by Elaine Tan with her enthusiastic and cheerful personality. She patiently explained and shared with us on some design trends / ideas. It appeared the designers I previously encountered usually asked me what i want and quote accordingly. However, Elaine made me felt that she is truly a designer that share ideas for explorations. The entire renovation was professionally done and completed in 1.5 months. Throughout the process, Elaine did her very best to accomodate our requests. Overall, we have a very pleasant experience with Elaine as well as Weiken.

We've engaged Liz for our new house Reno. From the beginning, we had came out with our drafted ideas and eventually she advised based on our character and layout we should go for Minimalist. Liz is knowledgeable, and the most important that she has provided us along the way was patient, prompt responsive, well communication. She also gave an ideals when started our shopping with lighting, curtains, choosing carpenter materials etc based on her expertise. She was managed well when started work with arranging, planning schedule for all the contractor accordingly from electrical work, celling, carpenter, painting etc. and update us the status. in fact recently due to COVID situation, may have major impact but thanks to her effort, she make it happened ensure all the works are on track and on schedule to meet our moving in date. So far from my past experience, Liz is one of the ID that allowed us to leave our new home in her hands without worry. Weiken's price is definitely not the most competitive, but we still decided to engage Liz in anticipation that the design and workmanship will be top-notch with the premium price. Liz was prompt in responding to our queries, and was patient towards our multiple requests for changes to the design and materials. She tried to accommodate to our requirements as much as possible, and both Liz and Sunny were able to help resolve issues promptly. The design of the house looks amazing, and it was exactly what we wanted. The renovation was able to complete on time as well. Overall, we are satisfied with the service and coordination provided by Liz.

Would absolutely recommend Weiken.com for renovation and interior designing. My wife and I renovated our new house during Covid-19 and had a certain deadline for our ID to deliver as we were expecting a newborn then. Liz has been extremely helpful and has gone out of her way to accede to our every request with her experience and perspectives. She was patient and listened to our needs at every meeting, down right to the execution where she was able to converse extremely well with contractors on ground. The key point here is the constant communication that Liz has provided us, updating us on every step of the way as well as handling the different 'vendors' for our appliances. To top if off, Liz has an extremely pleasant personality - one that is warm and friendly as well as funny! The result was an absolutely stunning work of art and it was just the way that we wanted it - classy contemporary with a luxurious feel. Was attended by ID Elaine. She was very patient with us as My Husband and I are quite fussy about doing up our home. We told her what we need and she did fulfill everything that we wanted. Many of our relatives and Friends commented that our home design looks like a BTO home. We truly appreciate the patience and beautiful home done up by Weiken. Definitely recommend! :)

I engaged Johnathon as our ID on a modern theme for my existing house. From my experience, he is very patience to all our queries with prompt response. He has vast design experience and knowledge on the selection of materials, points on maintenance and other valuable pointers / suggestions. Throughout the renovation process, we were at peace leaving him to coordinate with the contractors. Despite the tight schedule due to the COVID situation, he is able to complete the renovation within the planned timeline. The overall renovation work was good and met our expectation. After the renovation work, Johnathon also provided great service in fulfilling our additional requests. Overall, he is a very responsible and professional ID. I would highly recommend him.

I engaged Eva Lau for a modern luxury theme for my resale condo. Eva typically does bigger projects (super senior designer in Weiken) but she was gracious to accept my small project (only feature wall and cabinet carpentry) and she has done such an excellent job!! She has very good design sense and knows what I want, also she gives good suggestions on overall design and colour. Despite not doing painting works and floor decking through her, she spent time to suggest colours and paint type. Eva is honest and on time, she delivers what she promises and I literally did not need to worry on project timeline. The quality of carpentry is excellent and Eva ensures that quality work is delivered. She will work with the vendors to ensure all issues are rectified and was willing to help out in minor areas that were not part of the contract. To quote my friends who worked with other IDs and saw my completed home, they were very impressed and to quote them " The ID has good design sense" and "carpentry quality and material used is great". I am a proud and pleased owner because of the good work Eva has delivered. Highly recommend her!

Worked with Vanessa from Weiken Midview on my home reno. Happy that she managed to take my vision and make it into a reality in a very tight timeline of 3-4 weeks during this Covid time. Ying Jye was our first ID that we have ever worked with and the experience has been nothing but good. Ying Jye was able to bring to life our ‘vision’ of what we wanted as part of our home to be renovated. During our discussions, she was very patient and understanding of our wishes and provided the moat balanced view of what we wanted our home to look like. Ying Jye was able to provide us with several iterations of our home through her drawings and never once pushed back on our design requests. Through her professional input and hard work, we were able to move into our dream home!
