Patient, Approachable and Attentive ID. We are so lucky to have appointed Tan Ying Chong for being ID of our dream home. Met quite a few ID before we choice YC, and frankly speaking among quotation received, YC's quote isn't the cheapest. Speaking with him give us confident that we wont receive surprise bill during renov, and recommendation he gaves is giving us strong confident that YC is the most suitable ID. (Design recommended is specifically done according to my family member's practical behaviour and needs) Our bto key had been delayed, and YC needed to made numerous schedule changes. Finally we received our key during early mid Nov 2021, which I understand that manpower is in highest demand period, as everyone is trying to get their home ready before Festive period. YC without disappointing us, and still manage to complete the renovation during early Jan 2022. During the renovation period, i managed to meet some of workers, and they are all friendly and helpful guys. Great Team!!! Cost wise, no surprise bill. Any extra cost is clearly communicated, and actually due to I changed the design or material. YC was easily contactable and always willing to share his recommendation on furnitures and deco to purchase to suit the house design. We strongly recommend YC for a wonderful renovation experience.

My family has been engaging the services of Home Design to renovate our homes and office spaces. Kelvin and his tea, have been very efficient in getting the jobs done and we are very happy and satisfied with the superb workmanship. We have been working with Kelvin from Home Design Interior since February 2020. This is the first time we have done a home renovation on such a large scale, and had so many different ideas that we wanted to do. Kelvin patiently listened to all our ideas, and gave us valuable feedback about what would work and what wouldn’t. He is very knowledgeable about his craft, and has a great aesthetic sense. Amidst the circuit breaker, he was of great support and as soon as works resumed, they did it so efficiently that our house was ready before we knew it. He used to give us daily updates as to what was happening, and took the effort to visit the house almost everyday to coordinate everything. The whole team did a beautiful job from start to finish, and we were so happy to move in and start setting up. Thank you Kelvin, and 8 design for transforming our house into a cozy, charming home.

In September 2019, we have engaged Home Design Interior to renovate our kitchen of 20 years. We would like to extend our greatest thanks to Design Manager, Ms Judy Tan for being attentive to our requests and needs and most importantly working within our budget. Also special thanks to the tiler, carpenters, plumbers, electricians and painters for their great workmanship and precision. A team of efficient and helpful people that rendered excellent services. Thank you, Home Design Interior, for giving us a brand-new kitchen that we take pleasure in upgrading our culinary skills.

I got to know Kelvin in 2013 when I was renovating my new house, and have gone back to Kelvin multiple times since for small or big scale enhancements. I strongly recommend Kelvin to anyone looking for a professional and above-board renovation contractor who is also up-to-date on the various BCA or related guidance. Kelvin provides highly professional advice and service, and I remain amazed at his end-to-end attention to detail and his consistently warm service

Judy design and built lots of storage space and yet the house still looks bright and spacious. After 5 years, the house still looks as good as new because of good carpentry work and timeless design. I like the fact that Judy’s service also includes cleaning the whole house till it’s move in condition. It really saves me a lot time. What I love most is Judy hand the house to me 1 day before the deadline! No delays!!!
