Yes. The boss responsibility for any defects if owner found & re arrange to fix accordingly.
What advice would you give to future homeowners?
Suggest to future homeowners to check on quotation on each items / design to ensure what you want. Otherwise, once installed will be a big problem to re-install which will be incur extra cost & time to re-arrange to re-fix.

Yes, I will because they are fast with their job. They pick the best design and the price is within my budget and they know what they are supposed to do. The complete date stated is met.
What advice would you give to future homeowners?
Visit your house during your free time to check for their mistake with the renovation of your house. provide them with best timing for you and the contractor to meet for any changes and trust each other.
