Would you recommend this Interior Designer and why?

I would recommend Desmond as your Interior Designer. He is very approachable and is always readily available, and will get back to you promptly if he misses your call. The best thing about engaging him is that he listens to our requests patiently and attentively, and is very open to our ideas or suggestions on further modifications. He would offer good and sound advice to us, always trying his best to source for the best materials and design according to our budget. Overall, I am very satisfied with his professionalism and the skills of his team of friendly electricians, carpenters, etc... for their exemplary efforts to ensure timely completion and quality of work delivered. My friends and relatives are full of praise for the renovation work done during our housewarming, and just recently my colleague have also engaged him as their interior designer for the renovation of his house.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

I would recommend doing some research on design firms through renovation portals like Home Reno Guru which provides customer reviews on their renovation projects and the interior designer. Visit a few design firms, talk to their interior designers and engage the one which you feel most comfortable with and confident in meeting your expectations. He should be very open to your design ideas and have the resourcefulness to source for the most suitable materials based on your needs. Both my wife and I are really glad that we chose AC Vision Design and engaged Desmond as our interior designer.

Would you recommend this Interior Designer and why?

From ideas to 3D design to final work done, Alan did a great job by coordinating, supervising and making sure my home is able to complete before CNY. His response is prompt and effective! Totally a fuss-free renovation experience for us. We are very satisfied with the work and services that AC Vision provides us.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

Finding a good and reliable ID is very important. I'm lucky that I've found AC Vision. Doing homework is always better, browse various home reno website and get some ideas from it. Show it to your ID and let them know your concept better.

Would you recommend this Interior Designer and why?

I would recommend our designer Desmond Liew as I have satisfied with his work and I should say that he is very passionate about his job as his goal is to create a home where couples will always love to be in. Sometime we missed out certain details and he provided some value-added services and try as much as possible to meet our budget and design. He also make effort to check with us before doing certain reno works to ensure that we are satisfied.

1. Do some research 2. Ensure that your ID firm is reliable 3. Provide more details and make sure that your ID is understand clearly on your requirements

Yes. Jay Jay wasn't hard to work with. He is patient and listens well. Jay Jay also did a great job working under pressure. We had given him a tight deadline and we appreciate that Jay Jay got the work done on time. He developed a staged time line and made sure the design is as beautiful as it is functional.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

Choose an ID you are comfortable with and who understands your needs. Do some research and give yourself a good 2 to 3 months before deciding on a company. This is essential because they are going to help your dreamhome come true. Request to view their previous projects so that you can assess their workmanship. As for AC vision, we had engaged them before and we know that they deliver what they promised! Choose someone you can communicate with. Communication is essential to ensure that all ideas and arrangements are in sync. Make it clear to your ID about your budget so that he can provide alternative solutions without compromising your ideas.

Would you recommend this Interior Designer and why?

AC Vision Design did an excellent job on my home renovation. I am very happy with AC Vision's quality of work - the overall design and inputs from Alan's team; the flexibility shown by Alan in making changes to the design; the ability to meet the my tight deadline; the overall quality of material used in the renovation works (carpentry, tiles, electrical, etc); and the hands-on approach of Alan's team during entire renovation process. While there were some minor issues during the renovation, Alan however, resolved these issues quickly and without much complications.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

1. Spend time looking for and assessing a good and highly reliable renovation company.

2. Make sure the id company is very clear on your requirements. Very important.

3. Supervise and make sure that the id company delivers. Be firm but professional.

4. Budget should be fairly reasonable. If you pay peanuts you only get monkey quality.

5. You must work in close partnership with the id company and get the job done....its your home. Timeline should be at least 2 months depending on the extent of renovation.

Would you recommend this Interior Designer and why?

Yes, for sure, as from the the first day of the renovation till the day I received my keys. I do not have to worried regarding my renovation as my contractor Mr. Jay Jay assured me of a quality job and he delivered his word. The outcome of the project and the updates received was overwhelming good.

What advice would you give to future homeowners?

Find a suitable, trust worthy contractor for your home. Set a good budget and reasonable dateline for your contractors. Work together with your contractors and find suitable solution if there is any problems.
