Project Description

Our team were encouraged to explore beyond our comfort zone, to transform a compact space into a unique and stylish home with a character of its own.

The kitchen was originally white, the house had marble-flooring and traditional fixtures and cabinets. To transform and add character to space, our designers began by adding darker hues and a masculine tone to start the transformation. A brick-wall displaying the owner's prized collection of limited edition shoes are showcased on built-in wire-mesh shelves, serving as a centrepiece in the living and dining-room.

Lighting conduits were exposed and wire mesh dividers were used to segregate the living and study area. To complete our industrial-inspired theme, our designers applied cement-screed finishing on the ceilings and walls and added a mixture of modern and industrial furnishings.
