HDB 4 Room
Project Description

This four-room HDB flat designed by Ark-hitecture has cool charcoal tones, combined with wooden details to create a space that has a minimalist yet industrial feel.

The renovation process, which took 1.5 months and cost $46,000 with minor internal remodelling. Some of these unique features include hacking of 1 bedroom wall and transform into a full glass study room with a built in Murphy Bed which you can get the most out of your space by having a room do double duty—as a home office during the day and as a bedroom at night.

The customised pole system wardrobe enhances the industrial theme with the black structure and the open concept design gives the whole bedroom a spacious look.
